
历史沿革
上海市园林科学规划研究院暨上海市林业科学研究所于2015年9月成立,其前身为1979年建立的上海市园林科学研究所。作为上海市绿化市容行业综合性研究机构,主要承担绿化、林业、湿地、环卫等领域的应用技术研究和规划编制等。
机构设置
院内设生态、植物、植保、土壤、规划等5个研究所,拥有上海市林业碳汇计量监测中心、上海市园林绿化质量检测中心、上海城市困难立地绿化工程技术中心、国家林木种质资源平台上海子平台、城市困难立地生态园林国家林业局重点实验室、上海绿地土壤质量检测共享平台等多个综合性研究平台,以及邹桥、青松、老港等3处野外试验基地;主办《园林》《上海园林科技》《绿化参考》等3部期刊,是上海园林网挂靠单位。
科研队伍
院内设首席科学家、领军人才、客座研究员、特聘专家、青年拔尖人才、研究人员及人才展示等多个人才平台,科研设备齐全,拥有元素分析仪、碳通量仪、原子吸收分光光谱仪、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪、细胞融合仪、PCR仪、气象色谱仪以及彩色绘图系统等一批先进仪器。
科研进展与成果
近40年来,上海市园林科学规划研究院始终坚持应用科学研究和成果转化并重,先后主持国家科技部等各类科研课题400余项,获得包括上海市科技进步一等奖等各级各类科技奖200余项,为全国绿化林业科技创新和本市生态环境建设作出了重大贡献。
规划与社会服务
院充分发挥行业规划职能,先后完成2010上海世博园区绿地系统规划、上海国际旅游度假区规划(迪士尼外围)、上海市基本生态网络规划、上海市闵行区绿地系统规划等多项公园与绿地项目。生态研究所先后承接苏州河综合整治、辰山植物园、黄浦江水苑涵养林保护、崇明生态礼伦等上海市政重大工程以及沪滇科技协作、长三角森林碳汇计量监测技术规程等区域性技术服务。
Historical Evolution
The Shanghai Academy of Landscape Architecture Science and Planning, also known as the Shanghai Academy of Forestry Science, was established in September 2015, evolving from the Shanghai Institute of Landscape Architecture Science founded in 1979. As a comprehensive research body for the city’s greening and sanitation sector, the academy undertakes applied technology research and planning in greening, forestry, wetlands and environmental sanitation.
Organizational Structure
The academy comprises five research institutes covering ecology, plants, plant protection, soil, and planning. It hosts several municipal-level and national platforms, including the Shanghai Forestry Carbon Sink Monitoring Center, the Shanghai Landscape Greening Quality Testing Center, the Shanghai Urban Difficult-site Greening Engineering Technology Center, the National Forestry Germplasm Resources Platform Shanghai Sub-platform, the National Forestry Administration Key Laboratory for Ecology of Urban Difficult-site Landscape, and the Shanghai Green-land Soil Quality Testing and Sharing Platform. It also operates three field stations in Wuqiao, Qingsong and Laogang, and publishes three academic journals including Landscape Architecture and Shanghai Landscape Science and Technology.
Research Team
The academy maintains a multi-tier talent structure that includes chief scientists, leading talents, visiting researchers, distinguished experts, young top-tier scholars and full-time research staff. Its laboratories are equipped with an array of advanced instruments such as elemental analyzers, carbon flux meters, atomic absorption spectrometers, inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometers, cell fusion systems, PCR instruments, gas chromatographs and colour mapping workstations.
Research Progress and Achievements
Over nearly four decades of operation, the academy has consistently pursued both applied scientific research and the translation of results. It has led more than 400 research projects funded by bodies including the Ministry of Science and Technology, and received more than 200 science and technology awards at municipal, provincial and national levels, including the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress First Prize, contributing significantly to greening and forestry innovation across China and to the city’s ecological environment.
Planning and Social Services
The academy has carried out its planning mandate across a wide range of landscape projects. It completed the green-space system plan for the 2010 Shanghai World Expo site, the Shanghai International Tourism Resort plan (the Disney peripheral area), the city’s basic ecological network plan, and the Minhang District green-space system plan. Its ecology institute has since undertaken many major municipal projects including the Suzhou Creek comprehensive treatment, the Chenshan Botanical Garden, the Huangpu River water-garden forest conservation project, the Chongming Eco-island, and has extended technology services across regions such as the Shanghai-Yunnan science and technology collaboration and the Yangtze River Delta forest carbon sink monitoring technical protocol.
