网站上能查到的品种一共 765 个，分八个类：郁金香 362、大丽花 114、水仙 94、杂类小球茎 63、百合 58、风信子 40、朱顶红 24、唐菖蒲 10。

郁金香下面再分十二组，水仙分十组，大丽花分八组。品种页可以按用途筛，也就是预种、盆栽、切花、景观四档，还能按主色和副色筛。每条品种上标着规格和装箱数，比方 Brisbane 是 12/OP，一箱 500 颗。

库肯霍夫的露天展区和 2026 年秋季目录

从 1949 年起，公司就在利瑟的库肯霍夫花园室外展区展出自己的产品，德文版页面写的是 1950 年起参展。花园每年三月底到五月中旬对公众开放。

销售条款按国家分成八份：德国、奥地利、丹麦、瑞士、法国、英国与爱尔兰、罗马尼亚、美国与加拿大。通用条款出自 ANTHOS，也就是荷兰球茎和苗木批发商协会：价格按荷兰工厂交货价算，欧元不含增值税，账期 30 天，到货后 5 天内提出异议。

网站的知识库按作物分五篇，风信子、百合、葡萄风信子、水仙、郁金香，每篇都分开讲盆栽和切花两种生产的要点。郁金香那篇另外写了木霉病：轻度侵染时植株照样开花，严重时从开花前十天上下开始抑制生长，叶尖先干枯，斑块发灰白。

A Family Bulb Business Founded in 1882

L. Rotteveel & Zonen Export B.V. is a Dutch family-owned company, founded in 1882 and based in Hillegom in the province of South Holland, right in the middle of the Dutch flower bulb district. The company says it ships premium Dutch flower bulbs and tubers straight from its own farms and packing facilities. The site opens in German by default, with English and Romanian versions as well.

Its address used to be in Sassenheim before the move to Hillegom. The exhibit board in the Keukenhof gardens still carries the older name, L. Rotteveel & Zn. Export bv. Sassenheim.

The family also runs Rotteveel Bulb Company, which serves the United States and is likewise based in the bulb district, in Voorhout. The family has been in the trade for more than four generations. Pete J. Rotteveel was sent to America by his father in the 1950s for bulb sales and began visiting growers at the age of twenty-one after studying horticulture; Ben van Egmond joined in 1995 and is now a co-owner.

Nine Climate-Controlled Stores and Bulbs Prepared to Order

The company has nine temperature controlled storage rooms where temperatures can be set between minus 2 and plus 30 degrees Celsius, so each product can be stored and prepared to its own requirements. The older company information page gave the range as minus 5 to plus 30 degrees; the current page says minus 2.

For professional growers the bulbs can be prepared to match the flowering time the customer wants, for both cut flower and pot production. Landscapers, parks and local authorities are served through a separate landscape catalogue, which suggests planting combinations for parks and borders and refers to more than a hundred and twenty-five years of experience with bulbous plants.

Seven Hundred and Sixty-Five Varieties in Eight Categories

There are 765 varieties in the online catalogue: 362 tulips, 114 dahlias, 94 narcissi, 63 miscellaneous bulbs, 58 lilies, 40 hyacinths, 24 amaryllis and 10 gladioli.

Tulips are split into twelve groups, narcissi into ten and dahlias into eight. Products can be filtered by use, meaning preplanted, pot, cut or landscape, and by primary and secondary colour. Each variety lists its size and packing unit, so Brisbane for instance is 12/OP with 500 bulbs per unit.

The Keukenhof Outdoor Exhibit and the Autumn 2026 Catalogue

The company has exhibited at the outdoor gardens of Keukenhof in Lisse since 1949, the German version of the site puts it at 1950. The gardens are open to the public from the end of March until the middle of May.

The Autumn 2026 catalogue runs to 36 pages with German, English and Romanian set side by side: hyacinths on pages 3 to 5, tulips 6 to 17, daffodils 18 to 23, amaryllis 24 to 25, miscellaneous bulbs 26 to 29, freesia on 30, lilies on 31 and the general terms of sale on 32.

The symbol key in front explains the columns: size, contents per crate, earliest housing week, housing week prepared, cold weeks, height in centimetres, early, middle and late flowering, suitability for pot and for cut, and preplanted flower bulbs.

Terms of Sale by Country and a Knowledge Base on Growing

The terms of sale are published separately for eight markets: Germany, Austria, Denmark, Switzerland, France, Great Britain and Ireland, Romania, and the United States and Canada. The general conditions follow ANTHOS, the Dutch association for the wholesale trade in flower bulbs and nursery products: prices are quoted in euros excluding VAT on an ex works basis in the Netherlands, payment falls due within 30 days, and complaints have to be made in writing within 5 days of receipt.

The knowledge base covers five crops, hyacinths, lilies, grape hyacinths, narcissi and tulips, with separate notes on pot and cut flower production for each. The tulip section also describes Trichoderma damage: with a mild attack plant growth is not reduced and the plants flower well, but a severe attack inhibits growth from around ten days before flowering, the leaf tips dry out and a greyish white injured area appears.
