学会概况
重庆市风景园林学会成立于 1984 年，是经重庆市民政局登记的全市性、学术性、非营利性社会团体法人，业务主管部门为重庆市科学技术协会，业务指导单位为重庆市城市管理局，英文缩写 CQSLA。学会驻地设在重庆市渝中区，2016 年成立党支部。学科范围覆盖风景园林、风景名胜、自然和文化遗产、大地景观、城市绿化与城市生物多样性保护，内涵体系包括园林历史、园林艺术与美学、园林规划设计、园林建筑与工程、园林植物栽培与保护、城市绿地系统与城市生态、园林经济与管理、园林康养与园艺疗法等方向。学会主办《重庆园林》杂志，办有「重庆风景园林网」和微信公众号，三十多年间多次被重庆市民政局、重庆市科协等评为先进集体。
组织机构与分支
学会按会员代表大会、理事会、常务理事会三级议事。2023 年 1 月 13 日召开的第五届第一次会员代表大会审议通过现行章程，章程共九章七十条，规定理事会全体会议选举常务理事会，常务理事会选举理事长、副理事长和秘书长。第五届理事会设理事 64 名、常务理事 21 名，秘书处有工作人员 6 名，下设学术研究交流、技术咨询服务、科普宣传教育、组织发展策划、编辑出版发行 5 个工作部。分支机构现有 11 个专业委员会和 1 个分会，包括园林生态与植物保护、城市绿化、公园建设管理、园林企业发展与信息、园林文化与经济、风景园林教育、园林植物、园林景观规划设计、园林康养与园艺疗法、科普教育、地域性特色花卉等专业委员会，以及女风景园林师分会。
会员、会费与服务
会员分单位会员和个人会员两类，现有团体及个人会员 937 个。个人会员面向从事风景园林教育、科研、生产、施工、管理的中级及以上专业技术人员，以及从业两年以上的高校毕业生和风景园林相关专业的在校研究生；单位会员面向从事风景园林科研、教学、设计、施工、生产、管理的企事业单位和社会团体。会费按五档收取：个人会员每年 100 元、学生会员每年 10 元、单位会员每年 2000 元、理事单位每年 3000 元、常务理事单位每年 4000 元、副理事长单位每年 5000 元，每年 6 月底前由秘书处统一收取。会员可优先、优惠参加学会活动并免费取得学术期刊，个人会员另有选举权、被选举权和表决权。学会网站设有职称考试栏目，发布重庆市园林工程师、风景园林师考试专栏与学习资料。
学术交流与行业活动
学术交流以年会、专题论坛和竞赛为主。2026 年 7 月 7 日至 9 日，中国风景园林学会园林工程分会 2026 年年会在重庆举办，会议由园林工程分会与重庆市风景园林学会联合主办，主题为「园林绿化行业发展与企业转型升级」，全国各地的专家学者和企事业单位代表参加，会上提出筹备 2027 年落地重庆的第十七届中国风景园林学会年会。学会自办的活动集中在评优、竞赛和培训三条线上：第八届「茶花杯」优秀风景园林规划设计奖的获奖作品于 2026 年 5 月 8 日公布；2026 年西部园创未来风景园林大学生设计竞赛面向西部高校师生，报名截止时间延长至 6 月 20 日，作品提交截止 8 月 20 日；中级、高级、技师绿化工培训班定在 2026 年 7 月 1 日至 3 日线上授课、7 月 6 日线下授课，7 月 7 日考核。
科普康养、刊物与荣誉
科普与康养是学会近年投入较多的两块。园林康养与园艺疗法专委会 2026 年 9 月发出通知，开展「城市绿色空间与人类健康」交流体验活动；2026 年 7 月 31 日，重庆市风景园林科学研究院在重庆园博园主展馆二楼的重庆花园中心举办碗莲种植中式园艺疗法体验活动，23 位市民参加，活动结束后继续在社群记录碗莲三个月的生长过程。《重庆园林》由学会主办，电子期刊栏目按期发布当期推荐文章，期刊多次被重庆市新闻出版局评为内部连续性优秀期刊。荣誉方面，学会连续 5 年获得重庆市科协年度工作考核特等奖，两次获得「川渝一流学会」「重庆市高水平科技社团」称号，多次获得中国风景园林学会「先进集体」，并曾被住房和城乡建设部授予「第八届中国（重庆）国际园林博览会先进集体」。
About the Society
The Chongqing Society of Landscape Architecture (CQSLA) was founded in 1984. It is a city-wide academic non-profit corporate body registered with the Chongqing Civil Affairs Bureau, supervised by the Chongqing Association for Science and Technology and guided by the Chongqing Urban Management Bureau. Its office is in Yuzhong District, Chongqing, and a party branch was set up in 2016. The society covers landscape architecture, scenic areas, natural and cultural heritage, territorial landscape, urban greening and urban biodiversity, with subjects ranging from garden history, art and aesthetics, planning and design, landscape buildings and engineering, plant cultivation and protection, urban green space systems and urban ecology to landscape economics and management and landscape therapy and horticultural therapy. It publishes the magazine Chongqing Landscape Architecture and runs the website Chongqing Landscape Architecture Network and a WeChat account; over more than three decades it has repeatedly been named an advanced collective by the Chongqing Civil Affairs Bureau and the Chongqing Association for Science and Technology.
Governance and Branch Structure
The society works through three levels: the congress of members’ representatives, the council and the standing council. The current constitution was adopted by the first congress of the fifth term on 13 January 2023; it runs to nine chapters and seventy articles and provides that the council in full session elects the standing council, which in turn elects the president, the vice-presidents and the secretary-general. The fifth council has 64 members and a standing council of 21; the secretariat has a staff of six and is divided into five working departments — academic exchange, technical consulting, science popularisation, organisational development, and editing and publishing. There are 11 professional committees and one branch, among them landscape ecology and plant protection, urban greening, park construction and management, landscape enterprises and information, landscape culture and economics, landscape architecture education, garden plants, landscape planning and design, landscape therapy and horticultural therapy, science popularisation, and regional flowering plants, plus the branch of women landscape architects.
Membership, Dues and Services
Membership is divided into corporate and individual members, and the society currently has 937 of them in total. Individual membership is open to professionals at intermediate level or above in landscape education, research, production, construction and management, to graduates with two or more years in the field and to postgraduate students of related subjects; corporate membership is open to enterprises, institutions and social organisations working in landscape research, teaching, design, construction, production and management. Dues are collected in five tiers: 100 yuan a year for individual members, 10 yuan for student members, 2,000 yuan for corporate members, 3,000 yuan for council member units, 4,000 yuan for standing council member units and 5,000 yuan for vice-presidential member units, all collected by the secretariat before the end of June each year. Members take part in society events on priority and preferential terms and receive the academic journal free of charge; individual members also hold the right to vote, to stand for election and to vote on resolutions. The society’s website keeps a section on professional title examinations, with columns and study materials for the Chongqing landscape engineer and landscape architect examinations.
Academic Exchange and Industry Events
Academic exchange centres on annual congresses, thematic forums and competitions. From 7 to 9 July 2026 the 2026 annual congress of the landscape engineering branch of the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture was held in Chongqing, jointly hosted by the branch and the Chongqing society, under the theme of industry development and enterprise transformation; experts, scholars and company representatives from across the country took part, and the meeting called for preparations for the seventeenth annual congress of the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture, to be held in Chongqing in 2027. The society’s own programme runs along three lines — awards, competitions and training. The winning entries of the eighth Camellia Cup award for outstanding landscape planning and design were announced on 8 May 2026; the 2026 Western China landscape design competition for university students, open to students and teachers at universities in the west, extended its registration deadline to 20 June, with entries due on 20 August; and a training course for intermediate, advanced and technician level greeners was held online from 1 to 3 July 2026 and on site on 6 July, with assessment on 7 July.
Public Outreach, Publishing and Honours
Public outreach and health-related work have taken up much of the society’s recent effort. In September 2026 its committee on landscape therapy and horticultural therapy issued a notice for an exchange and experience event on urban green space and human health; on 31 July 2026 the Chongqing Landscape Architecture Research Institute held a bowl lotus planting session of Chinese-style horticultural therapy at the Chongqing Garden Centre on the second floor of the main exhibition hall of the Chongqing Garden Expo Park, attended by 23 members of the public, with the plants then tracked in a community group for three months. The magazine Chongqing Landscape Architecture is published by the society, with current articles posted in an online journal section, and it has repeatedly been rated an outstanding internal periodical by the Chongqing Press and Publication Bureau. Among its honours, the society has won the top prize in the Chongqing Association for Science and Technology’s annual assessment for five years running, twice been named a first-class society of the Sichuan-Chongqing region and a high-level scientific and technological society of Chongqing, repeatedly been named an advanced collective by the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture, and was awarded the title of advanced collective for the eighth China (Chongqing) International Garden Expo by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
