湖州园林绿化有限公司是一家国家城市园林绿化壹级资质企业，前身为湖州市建设局园林管理处，2006 年改制更名后沿用至今，公司党支部仍隶属于湖州市住房和城乡建设局党委，是浙北地区园林绿化行业的龙头企业。公司总部位于浙江省湖州市吉山二路 99 号园林大厦，下辖市政分公司、园林分公司、建筑分公司、园林规划设计院、天绿园林物业管理公司、花卉盆景培育基地及花木租摆公司等多家分支机构，现有正式职工 116 人，其中高、中、初级技术职务人员 56 人。公司主营园林绿化工程施工与园林规划景观设计，同时具备园林古建筑工程施工贰级、市政公用工程施工贰级、城市及道路照明工程叁级、土石方工程施工叁级、拆除工程叁级等施工资质，并已通过 ISO 9001 质量管理体系、ISO 14000 环境管理体系和 OHSAS 18001 职业健康与安全管理体系三项国际认证。

公司形成”工程施工 + 规划设计 + 苗花培育 + 物业管理”四位一体的业务体系。旗下湖州园林规划设计有限公司前身为湖州市园林规划设计院，成立于 1992 年，是浙北地区唯一一家具有园林景观设计乙级资质的设计企业，现有工程设计在册从业人员 18 人，其中高级工程师 15 人、中级工程师 3 人，全面运用电脑技术进行园林设计，CAD 与 3D 出图率达 100%。市政与园林分公司承担绿化、园林景观、市政、安装、亮化、土石方等工程总承包业务；湖州墅院景观建设有限公司专注庭院景观施工，在湖州拥有大型苗木培育基地数百亩和专业工程施工养护团队 50 多人；天绿物业公司则负责已建成项目的长期养护管理，承接道路绿化、厂区绿化、公园和美丽乡村等多种业态。

Originally established as the Huzhou Municipal Garden Management Office, the company was restructured and renamed in 2006, with its Party branch remaining under the Huzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau. Headquartered at No. 99 Jishan Second Road, Huzhou, Zhejiang, the company serves as the leading landscaping enterprise in northern Zhejiang and the chair unit of the Huzhou Municipal Landscape Greening Industry Association.
