Sichuan Tianyi Ecological Landscape Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China. The company is a comprehensive landscape enterprise centred on landscape design and supported by ecological technology. Its work covers planning, design, construction, investment and financing, ecological restoration, and sponge-city projects, with municipal landscape, high-end real-estate landscaping and ecological restoration as its three main business lines. The group includes the Tianyi Ecological Science and Technology Innovation Research Institute, the Tianyi Design Centre, and several regional branches.
Qualifications and Business Lines
The Tianyi Design Centre holds a Grade-A qualification for landscape architecture engineering design, together with Grade-B qualifications for building intelligence system design and building decoration engineering design. Its design services cover landscape planning, concept design, construction-drawing design and EPC general contracting. The team comprises concept design, construction-drawing design and external partner groups, and over the past decade the centre has built working relationships with government departments, leading real-estate developers and central-state-owned general contractors.
Science, Technology and Industry-Academia Collaboration
The Tianyi Ecological Science and Technology Innovation Research Institute maintains long-term collaboration with Sichuan Agricultural University, Chengdu University of Technology, Chongqing Design Institute, China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute, Beijing Forestry University, and Nanjing Forestry University. Research directions cover landscape architecture BIM, three-dimensional green ecological systems, integrated flower and shrub cultivation, soil ecological restoration, and medicinal-ornamental plant germplasm resources. The institute holds more than 40 patents.
Representative Projects and Track Record
Recent representative projects include the Kaijiang Water Culture Square water-environment treatment scheme, collaborations with Sichuan Agricultural University, municipal parks and waterfront greenways, and ecological restoration works. Since its establishment, the design centre has cooperated with several large design institutes to complete more than one million square metres of design work, with its service area gradually extending from Sichuan Province to neighbouring regions.
