花园起源与家族沿革
园区前身是 Klovborg 一带名为 Lille Malund 的普通农庄, 1961 年由家族上一辈手中接过, 最初以农业和农机作业为主。后来, 女主人接触到本地园艺协会的活动并走访英国几座著名园林, 由此对园艺产生了持续兴趣, 逐步将自家院落改造为兼具观赏与种植功能的花园。1975 年, 园方第一次正式对外开放, 此后一直由家族成员打理, 至今已接待过大量本地与国际访客。
园区分区与植物收藏
园区面积约 25,000 平方米, 收有逾 10,000 种不同的植物, 整体布局以英式花园为基调, 注重花境、林缘与水岸的层次过渡。园区可分为多个主题区: 包括以睡莲为主的静水湖、堆砌的高山植物石床、栽有铁线莲与玫瑰的玫瑰园, 以及隐藏在一角的小型禅意园。园内还有不少林缘小路、隐蔽坐席和远眺点, 沿着蜿蜒小径移步换景, 适合慢步细看。
季节开放与餐饮服务
园区每年 5 月 1 日至 9 月 30 日开放, 每日 10:00 至 16:00 (周五闭园)。门票分成人与儿童两档, 团体与季票另有优惠, 入园采用现场缴费或移动支付。园内设有一处小型餐室 (spisehus), 访客可自带餐食或在园内预订传统丹麦开口三明治 (smørrebrød) 与三明治套餐, 配以饮料小坐休息。园方友情提醒: 出于动物与植物安全考虑, 不接待宠物犬入园。
设计语言与季节花卉
园区以英式花园风格为骨架, 通过高低错落的花境、林缘小径和多个季节性主题区, 让访客在同一个位置反复到访都有不同收获。春季以春季开花植物为主, 玫瑰园中栽有成熟玫瑰与铁线莲共攀一处的花架, 高山石床点缀于林缘, 静水湖旁睡莲随季节开放; 秋季则可见浆果与观叶植物。整个园区不强调现代园艺的规整几何, 而以自然化的过渡与柔和的边界著称, 是日德兰中部典型的家庭花园范本。

由于开放时间早、维护细致、植物收藏丰富, Lille Malunds Have 在丹麦园艺爱好者圈子里口碑良好, 也接待过若干国际园艺协会的参访团。国际铁线莲协会 2022 年赴丹麦日德兰地区考察时, 把这座花园列为重点参访点之一, 详细记录了玫瑰花架与日式禅意园的位置与布局。TripAdvisor 等平台上的访客评价也普遍提到园区的安静氛围与季节花境的多样性。
Origins and Family Stewardship
The garden began as the ordinary farmyard of a small farm named Lille Malund near Klovborg. The current generation took over the property in 1961, initially running it as a working farm. A chance encounter with a local horticultural society led to several trips to notable English gardens, after which the family began converting the grounds into a planted garden. In 1975 they opened it to the public for the first time and have welcomed local and international visitors ever since.
Garden Layout and Plant Collection
The site covers about 25,000 square metres and contains more than 10,000 different plant species. The layout follows an English garden style, with layered herbaceous borders, woodland edges and water margins. The garden is divided into several themed areas, including a still lake planted with water lilies, raised alpine stone beds, a rose garden with mature roses and clematis scrambling over pergolas, and a small Japanese meditation garden hidden in one corner. Winding paths and quiet benches thread through the planting.
Seasonal Opening and Hospitality
The garden opens every year from 1 May to 30 September, 10:00 to 16:00 daily, except Fridays. Admission is charged at separate rates for adults and children, with group and season ticket options, paid either in cash at the entrance or by mobile pay. A small eating house on site (spisehus) serves visitors who bring their own food or who order traditional Danish open-faced sandwiches (smørrebrød) and sandwich plates in advance. For the safety of animals and plants, dogs are not admitted.
Design Language and Seasonal Highlights
The garden is built on a loose English garden framework rather than the geometric formality of more contemporary designs. Soft boundaries, generous drifts of perennials and woodland margins give the planting a settled, naturalistic feel. Spring highlights include the spring-flowering border and alpine beds; summer centres on the rose garden with its pergolas of mature roses and clematis, and the water lilies along the still lake; autumn brings berries and foliage colour. Repeated visits through the season reveal different aspects of the same planting.
Visitor Reception and Horticultural Recognition
Long opening history and steady family care have made Lille Malunds Have a fixture for garden visitors in central Jutland and have brought occasional international horticultural groups to the door. The International Clematis Society visited the garden in 2022 as part of its Denmark-Germany meeting and noted its rose garden with clematis-covered pergolas and its Japanese meditation corner. Reviews on travel platforms frequently describe the garden as a quiet, well-tended stop with rich seasonal planting.
