自有苗圃与产品范围

包装与物流

Garten Schlüter 与包装供应商 Delkeskamp 合作开发了 15 种以上的专用纸箱，按植物类型分级：草莓等易压浆果用单独开模的硬卡盒，大型灌木用加固插板加竹竿固定，玫瑰与多年生草本则使用带孔穴的盒型托盘。苗圃方面称自有包装材料近 100% 可回收，塑料部件比例已降至约 5%，且其中 97% 为再生塑料；通过 DHL 与 GLS 派送的订单，苗圃为运输环节的碳排放购买了气候中和补偿。德国境内订单满 100 欧元免邮。

售后服务与品质承诺

所有盆栽植物（Topfpflanzen）享有 6 个月 Anwachsgarantie 成活保证：买家收货后 6 个月内若植株未成活，可凭订单号与照片申请免费补寄或全额退款；种苗、根条与球根类产品不在覆盖范围内，但在个案上苗圃通常仍会协商解决方案。苗圃方面表示，每一株发货植物最少经过两次质量检验，分别在收货入库与出库包装前各一次，并配合发货前的修剪与定形以刺激植株恢复生长。如客户在收货后发现植物受损，可通过订单页直接选择「Garantiefall」上传照片与发票号联系客服。

园艺资源与可持续方向

苗圃的网站同时运营一份长期更新的 Gartenblog，内容涵盖竹子作绿篱、月季选育、扦插繁殖、施肥与换盆等基础与进阶主题；线上商城新增按耐热性与本地原生植物筛选的筛选器，方便客户在气候变化背景下挑选适配本地气候的品种。苗圃的办公楼电力完全由自有光伏装置供给，并使用自有配方的有机肥料与生物植保产品，自有配方已被多家同业采购使用。

Overview

Garten Schlüter (Gustav Schlüter GmbH) is a German mail-order plant nursery based in Bokholt-Hanredder, Kreis Pinneberg, Schleswig-Holstein, just northwest of Hamburg. The company was founded in 1923 by master gardener Gustav Schlüter in northern Germany and has been in continuous family operation for over a century. Today’s managing directors are Marcus Lehmann and Gabriele Lehmann; the company is registered with the Amtsgericht Pinneberg under HRB 2365 EL.

Range and Own Production

Since 2022 Garten Schlüter grows a large share of its catalogue in its own outdoor nursery beds, with plants raised under Freiland conditions in central-European climate. The range covers trees and shrubs, garden roses (bed, shrub and climbing), herbaceous perennials, fruit trees and soft fruit, balcony and patio plants, bulbs and flower seed, plus composts, fertilisers and garden accessories. The nursery states that more than 90 percent of the plants it sells come from its own production, and that it handles more than a million plants per year in its beds.

Packaging and Delivery

The packaging was developed jointly with Delkeskamp and now uses more than 15 different carton types, matched to the plant they carry: a dedicated moulded box for soft fruit such as strawberries, braced inserts and bamboo supports for heavy shrubs, and slotted trays for roses and perennials. According to the nursery, almost 100 percent of the packaging material is recyclable, the plastic share has fallen to around five percent and consists of 97 percent recycled plastic, and carbon emissions from shipments sent with DHL and GLS are offset through a certified climate-neutral programme. Orders over 100 € ship free within Germany.

After-Sales and Quality Promise

All potted plants are covered by a six-month Anwachsgarantie (establishment guarantee): if a plant fails within six months of delivery and there is no obvious case of mismanagement, the nursery replaces the plant or refunds the purchase price after a photo and invoice number are submitted through the contact form. Seed, rootstock and bulbs are excluded from the formal guarantee, though the nursery says it usually negotiates a solution case by case. Every plant is said to be checked at least twice, once at intake and once before packing, and routine pre-shipment pruning is used to direct the plant’s energy back to root growth.

Garden Resources and Sustainability

The website carries a regularly updated Gartenblog covering bamboo hedges, rose selection, propagation, feeding and re-potting, and the online shop filters now allow browsing by heat tolerance and native status to suit a warming climate. The office building is fully powered by on-site photovoltaic arrays, and the nursery’s own organic fertiliser and plant-care formulations are bought in by other producers.
