核心刊物 Mein schöner Garten

Mein schöner Garten 创刊于 1972 年 2 月 24 日，首期印量 30 万册、124 页，创刊号出版日正好是当时发行人 Franz Burda 的 69 岁生日。1974 年该刊并入竞争刊物 Grün 之后成为欧洲发行量最大的园艺杂志。刊物每月出版一期，全年 12 期，出刊日为周四，内容以花园规划、植物养护和实用技巧为主。除纸质版外还有内容相同的 E-Paper 电子版，订阅纸质版的读者可以在购物车里以优惠价加购数字版。

刊物阵容与出版节奏

商店里目前有十余种刊物。Mein schöner Garten Spezial 针对单一花园主题做深度专题，每年 4 期；Gartenspaß 是实操向的月刊，讲省心植物和简单造景，全年 12 期；Lisa Blumen & Pflanzen 面向阳台、露台和小花园的读者，也是月刊 12 期。乡村生活线包括双月刊 Mein schönes Land（全年 6 期，周三出刊）和 Mein schöner Landgarten（全年 6 期），后者把传统园艺手法和现代做法结合起来，内容涵盖有机养护、生态种植、季节食谱和花园报道。烹饪线有 Meine gute Landküche 和 LandEdition Rezepte，均为双月刊、全年 6 期，后者每期围绕一个主题给出一百多道食谱。

订阅方式与赠品机制

商店提供年度订阅、礼品订阅、读者推荐读者、迷你订阅、组合套装和弹性订阅六种方式。年度订阅按期投递，读者在下单时挑一份赠品；礼品订阅用来把杂志送给他人；读者推荐读者这一种要求推荐一位至少订阅一年的新订户，推荐人自己不必是订户，推荐人和新订户不能是同一人，但可以住在同一户。赠品的寄出时间取决于付款方式，银行代扣的读者通常几天内收到，转账付款的读者约在首期订阅费到账三周后收到，具体还要看库存。

Platform and Publisher

Mein schöner Garten Abo-Shop is the subscription store run directly by BurdaVerlag Publishing GmbH in Germany. Readers order from the publisher without going through a third-party dealer. The shop gathers the group’s gardening, country-living and home-cooking titles behind one entrance, with sections for magazines, subscription types, thank-you gifts, single issues and related products. Alongside its own gardening titles the site also links to other Burda magazines such as Wohnen & Garten, Lisa Wohnen & Dekorieren and Guter Rat.

The Flagship Title

Mein schöner Garten first appeared on 24 February 1972 with a print run of 300,000 copies and 124 pages, published on what was then the 69th birthday of Franz Burda. After absorbing the competing title Grün in 1974 it became the largest garden magazine in Europe by circulation. The magazine comes out monthly, 12 issues a year, on Thursdays, and covers garden planning, plant care and practical technique. An E-Paper edition carries the same content, and print subscribers can add the digital version at a reduced price in the shopping cart.

Magazine Range and Publishing Rhythm

The shop currently carries more than ten titles. Mein schöner Garten Spezial treats one garden theme in depth, four issues a year; Gartenspaß is a hands-on monthly with 12 issues covering low-maintenance plants and simple design; Lisa Blumen & Pflanzen is aimed at balcony, terrace and small-garden readers, also monthly with 12 issues. The country-living line includes the bimonthly Mein schönes Land, six issues a year published on Wednesdays, and Mein schöner Landgarten, six issues a year, which combines traditional garden craft with modern approaches and covers organic care, ecological growing, seasonal recipes and garden reportage. The cooking line has Meine gute Landküche and LandEdition Rezepte, both bimonthly with six issues a year, the latter built around one theme per issue with over a hundred recipes.

Subscription Types and Thank-You Gifts

Six subscription routes are offered: annual, gift, reader-recommends-reader, mini, saver bundles and flexible. Annual subscribers pick a thank-you gift when ordering. The gift subscription sends the magazine to someone else. The reader-recommends-reader route asks the referrer to sign up a new subscriber for at least one year; the referrer need not be a subscriber, referrer and new subscriber cannot be the same person, but they may live in the same household. Dispatch of the gift depends on payment method: direct-debit readers usually receive it within a few days, while readers paying by transfer receive it roughly three weeks after the first subscription payment clears, subject to stock.
