学会简介
安徽省风景园林学会 (Anhui Society of Landscape Architecture, 缩写 AHSLA) 是由风景园林工作者和相关单位自愿结成的学术性、全省性、非营利社会组织, 业务主管单位为安徽省科学技术协会, 登记管理机关为安徽省民政厅, 同时接受安徽省住房和城乡建设厅的业务指导。学会秘书处设在合肥市高新区, 现为第七届理事会任期 (2019–2024 年), 2025 年 11 月 27 日在合肥召开第八次全省会员代表大会完成换届。学会办公事务由秘书处日常运行, 设会员代表大会、理事会、常务理事会三级组织架构, 理事长为学会法定代表人。
业务范围
学会业务以省内学术交流、学科研究和专业培训为主, 同时承接政府委托项目。具体涵盖十类: 举办省内学术交流活动, 促进科技合作; 开展学科与专业教育研究, 推动风景园林专业人才培养; 开展科普活动, 扩大行业社会影响; 编辑出版学术书刊与科普读物, 搭建行业信息交流平台; 受政府委托承办或根据行业需要举办专业展览, 弘扬中国优秀传统园林文化; 在中国风景园林学会统一领导下, 推进风景园林师执业注册制度的建立与实施; 开展专业培训和继续教育, 提高会员专业水平; 发挥专家优势, 为政府和社会提供咨询服务; 按规定经批准开展专业性竞赛、评优与奖励活动; 承接政府职能或受政府委托开展促进本学科和行业发展的相关活动。
分支机构与会员
学会下设盆景赏石分会、插花花艺分会、园林工程分会、园林康养与绿色疗愈分会、园林苗木与资材分会、规划设计专业委员会、教育工作委员会、学生分会等二级机构, 覆盖创作、施工、教育、康养、苗圃、规划、学生等板块, 其中教育工作委员会挂靠于安徽建筑大学, 2021 年 3 月 20 日在合肥成立。会员分为个人会员、单位会员和学生会员三类, 现有 100 余家会员单位, 含安徽省大地园林、安徽新宇生态、安徽瀚一景观规划设计院、中徽生态环境、皖建生态环境、合肥绿叶生态园林、安徽省城建设计研究总院等省内主要园林企业、规划设计院与生态建设公司。
主要活动与年度奖项
学会每年组织”园林杯”系列评选, 设优秀园林工程奖、园林规划设计奖、优秀养护奖、优秀项目经理、先进单位等子奖项, 是安徽省风景园林行业内的核心年度评优平台, 评选通知一般于年末发布, 次年评定公示。学会同时主办”未来造园家”大学生社区花园营造大赛等面向高校的活动, 承办中国风景园林学会园林康养与园艺疗法专业委员会年会等全国性会议。2023 年 11 月 19 日, 风景园林高质量发展学术论坛暨安徽省风景园林学会 2023 年会在合肥举办, 主题为”公园城市建设”; 2025 年 12 月 2 日, 学会发布 2025 年度”园林杯”评选通知。
行业地位与近年荣誉
学会接受安徽省民政厅、安徽省科学技术协会和安徽省住房和城乡建设厅三方业务指导和监督管理, 2023 年 5 月 15 日获评安徽省”AAAA 级社会组织”荣誉称号, 是安徽省内风景园林行业的主要学术团体之一。学会章程经 2014 年 4 月 26 日第六次会员代表大会表决通过, 现行版本设会员代表大会、理事会、常务理事会三层组织机构, 采用副理事长值班制, 每届任期 5 年。学术资源方面, 学会运营人物访谈和学术声音栏目, 邀请中国工程院院士孟兆祯、北京林业大学副校长、《中国园林》杂志社社长等风景园林学界专家撰稿或访谈, 是安徽省风景园林学术交流与行业评优的核心平台。
About the Society
The Anhui Society of Landscape Architecture (AHSLA) is an academic, province-wide, non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by landscape architecture practitioners and related units. It is registered with the Anhui Provincial Department of Civil Affairs as its registrar; its principal supervising authority is the Anhui Provincial Association for Science and Technology, and it also receives business guidance from the Anhui Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. The secretariat is based in the Hefei High-tech District. As of late 2025, the society had completed its 8th Provincial Member Congress on 27 November 2025 in Hefei, transitioning from the 7th Council (2019–2024). It is governed through a member congress, a council and a standing council, with the president serving as its legal representative.
Scope of Activities
The society’s work centers on provincial academic exchange, disciplinary research and continuing professional education, alongside government-commissioned projects. Its ten defined activities include: organising provincial academic exchanges and supporting scientific collaboration; carrying out disciplinary and pedagogical research in landscape architecture; running public-science activities that extend the profession’s social reach; editing and publishing academic journals and popular science materials; hosting professional exhibitions under government commission or sector demand, with emphasis on traditional Chinese garden culture; supporting the establishment of a registered landscape architect system under the leadership of the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture; providing continuing training; offering expert advice to government and society; conducting approved competitions, evaluations and awards under the “Garden Cup” and similar programmes; and undertaking tasks commissioned by government to advance the discipline and industry.
Sub-units and Membership
The society operates a set of specialised sub-units covering creation, construction, education, therapeutic horticulture, nursery stock, planning and student outreach: the Penjing and Viewing Stone Branch, the Flower Arrangement Branch, the Landscape Engineering Branch, the Garden Therapy and Green Healing Branch, the Landscape Nursery Stock and Materials Branch, the Planning and Design Committee, the Education Working Committee, and the Student Branch. The Education Working Committee, hosted by Anhui Jianzhu University, was established on 20 March 2021 in Hefei. Members are classified as individual, organisational and student members, with over 100 organisational members drawn from Anhui’s main landscape contractors, design institutes and ecological construction firms, including Anhui Dadi Landscape, Anhui Xinyu Ecology, Anhui Hanyi Landscape Planning and Design Institute, Zhonghui Eco-Environment, Wanjian Eco-Environment Construction, Hefei Lüye Eco-Landscape Group, and Anhui Provincial Urban Construction Design Institute.
Annual Events and Awards
Each year the society organises the “Garden Cup” awards series, which include the Outstanding Landscape Engineering Award, the Landscape Planning and Design Award, the Outstanding Maintenance Award, the Outstanding Project Manager Award and the Advanced Unit Award. It is the principal annual recognition platform for Anhui’s landscape architecture sector, with the call for entries generally issued at year-end and the results announced the following year. The society also hosts the “Future Garden Makers” University Community Garden Design Competition and co-hosts national-level meetings such as the annual conference of the Garden Therapy and Horticultural Therapy Committee of the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture. On 19 November 2023, the High-Quality Development of Landscape Architecture Forum and the society’s 2023 Annual Meeting were held in Hefei under the theme of “Park City Construction”. On 2 December 2025, the society issued its 2025 “Garden Cup” call for entries.
Standing and Recent Recognition
Overseen jointly by the Anhui Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, the Anhui Provincial Association for Science and Technology, and the Anhui Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the society is one of Anhui’s principal academic bodies in landscape architecture. On 15 May 2023 it was recognised as a “4A-Level Social Organisation” of Anhui Province. Its current constitution was adopted at the 6th Member Congress on 26 April 2014; under it, leadership operates through a member congress, council and standing council, with a rotating vice-president system and a five-year term. The society runs the “Voices” interview and academic column, which has hosted contributions and interviews with leading Chinese landscape architects, and serves as the core platform for academic exchange and professional recognition in Anhui’s landscape architecture sector.
