协会概况
重庆市园林行业协会（简称「重庆园林行业协会」）与重庆市花卉盆景协会联合办公，是重庆市辖区内从事风景名胜区、公园、城市绿地、园林工程、园林景观规划设计等业务的企业、机构与从业者自愿组成的行业性、非营利性社会团体。协会下设风景名胜区、公园、城市绿化、园林工程、园林景观规划设计 5 个分会，各分会在协会授权范围内独立开展工作，不具有法人资格。日常办事机构为秘书处，下设办公室，负责会员联络、行业调研、政策宣传等具体事务。
组织架构与分支机构
协会由会员代表大会、理事会、常务理事会和秘书处组成。秘书处下设办公室，分会按业务方向设置：风景名胜区分会、公园分会、城市绿化分会、园林工程分会、园林景观规划设计分会。城市绿地分会曾组织会员单位赴大足开展花境研学活动，会员覆盖园林施工、养护、苗圃、设计等本地全产业链。第六届理事会负责人、理事、监事于 2026 年 3 月完成换届选举并对外公示，第六届会员名单同月公示。
主要业务与会员服务
协会业务覆盖行业管理、会员服务、执业能力认定、科普宣传四大块。执业能力方面，开展「养护能力认定」「养护项目经理」「盆景职称」评定，开设「家庭石馆」陈列板块。会员服务包括为会员单位提供政策咨询、行业培训、对外交流的渠道，协会要闻栏与通知公告栏是日常信息发布窗口。2023 年起多次组织会员单位参与城市绿地研学、盆景分会交流及行业抢险（如森林灭火救援协作）等公益与行业活动。
行业动态与对外交流
协会关注行业政策与跨区域合作，2022 年协办「福菊杯」全国首届花卉园艺工职业技能竞赛，组织会员赴外省考察园林绿化行业转型经验。协会同时承担部分行业培训职能，承接重庆市园林绿化职业教育培训中心的中级绿化工、花卉工、园林植保工培训班项目，并配合重庆市风景园林学会、重庆市花木协会等兄弟社团联动开展工作。园艺长廊板块下设科普知识、城市绿化、园林欣赏三个子栏目，向公众普及园林常识与城市生态理念。

Association Overview
Chongqing Landscape Industry Association and Chongqing Flowers & Bonsai Association jointly operate the website cqsylxh.com. The two associations are non-profit, industry-based social organizations voluntarily formed by enterprises, institutions and practitioners engaged in scenic areas, parks, urban green spaces, landscape engineering and landscape planning and design within Chongqing. Under the associations sit five branch committees (scenic areas, parks, urban greening, landscape engineering, landscape planning & design) plus a secretariat office handling day-to-day affairs; branch committees operate independently under delegated authority and do not hold separate legal-person status.
Structure and Branch Committees
Governance runs through a member congress, a council, a standing council and a secretariat. The Urban Greening Branch has organized study trips for member units, including a Dazu flower-border research visit. The sixth-term council (responsible persons, council members, supervisors) was elected and publicly announced in March 2026, with the sixth-term member roster announced the same month. Membership covers the local landscape industry chain from construction and maintenance to nurseries and design.
Services and Member Programs
Four service areas: industry management, member services, professional qualification, and public education. The professional-qualification track covers maintenance capability certification, maintenance project manager certification, bonsai professional titles, and a family stone-gallery section. Member services provide policy consulting, industry training and external exchange channels; the news and notice sections serve as the daily information outlet. From 2023 onward the associations have organized multiple study tours, bonsai branch exchanges and cooperative activities such as forest-fire relief assistance.
Industry Engagement and Cooperation
The associations follow national policy trends and regional cooperation. In 2022 they helped organize the inaugural national “Fuju Cup” floriculture skills competition, and have organized member delegations to study landscape-industry transformation in other provinces. They also co-host intermediate-level gardener, florist and plant-protection training classes with the Chongqing Landscape Greening Vocational Training Center, and cooperate with peer bodies such as the Chongqing Society of Landscape Architecture and the Chongqing Flowers & Trees Association. The public-facing Horticulture Gallery section covers popular science, urban greening and landscape appreciation.
