欧勃亚园艺实业股份有限公司（Oboya Horticulture Industries AB，下称欧勃亚集团）是一家在瑞典斯德哥尔摩上市的国际化园艺资材制造集团，企业总部设在瑞典斯滕库伦，中国运营总部设在山东青岛黄岛区。集团业务覆盖鲜花、蔬菜种植与食品包装三大领域，为全球八十多个国家的客户提供种植基质、包装材料、物流周转以及陈列展示产品的配套服务。集团创始人兼董事长吴伟（Robert Wu）于 2006 年在中国青岛创立欧勃亚金属制品有限公司与青岛欧勃亚索罗门包装有限公司，最初主要生产鲜花采摘周转车与鲜花果蔬包装材料。2011 年集团成立青岛欧勃亚汽车配件有限公司，进入电动踏步、升降机等多元化领域。2017 年 12 月 18 日，集团在纳斯达克第一北方市场（Nasdaq First North）斯德哥尔摩交易所挂牌交易，股票代码 OBOYA B。
产品体系
集团产品围绕种植、包装、运输、其他配件四大系列展开。种植系列包括基质椰糠、椰饼、椰丝、椰块、泥炭以及各类花盆与穴盘，主要为花卉与蔬菜育苗、生长阶段提供栽培基质与容器。包装系列涵盖鲜花包装袋、盆花袋、百合花包装袋、鲜花包装片材、蔬菜与糖果袋、套袋器以及扎捆配套的弹性绳，覆盖从田间采摘到终端陈列的全过程。运输系列以花卉台车（Flower Trolley）为主，配合立式除刺机、单排除刺机、扎捆机等田间与车间设备。其他配件系列包括鲜切花除刺机、扎捆机与弹性绳等专用设备。集团同时为甜椒、草莓、黄瓜、蓝莓四类主要作物提供从基质到包装到周转的一站式配套方案。
集团布局与子公司体系
欧勃亚集团在中国拥有四家全资研发制造和销售公司，海外设有二十余个销售服务办事处，全球员工总数超过六百人。集团旗下的青岛欧勃亚金属制品有限公司与青岛欧勃亚索罗门包装有限公司是创立最早的两家实体，主要生产各类鲜花采摘周转车、果蔬食品包装材料，产品出口至全球八十多个国家。2013 年集团在肯尼亚设立非洲公司，进入世界四大鲜切花市场之一；2019 年在云南昆明成立昆明欧勃亚园艺有限公司，服务云南及东南亚市场；2023 年成立云南晴舒塑料制品有限公司与厄瓜多尔公司，前者配备高速全自动注塑设备，后者面向南美鲜花果蔬客户。2021 年 8 月，因多年累积并购带来的财务压力，集团旗下三家瑞典主体向当地法院申请破产保护，但中国境内的全资研发制造与销售业务保持正常运营。
配套方案与服务体系
集团将种植、包装、运输与配件四大产品线整合为作物整体解决方案，目前已针对甜椒、草莓、黄瓜、蓝莓四个品类发布配套方案包，每个方案包覆盖从栽培基质选择、育苗容器规格、田间周转设备到采后包装材料与终端陈列展示的全流程节点，客户可按需选配或整体采购。集团服务网络分为销售服务机构与配套方案实施团队两条主线。销售服务覆盖中国、瑞典、挪威、英国、斯里兰卡、印度、肯尼亚、埃塞俄比亚、南非、日本、新疆、云南、墨西哥、迈阿密、厄瓜多尔、哥伦比亚、秘鲁、智利、巴西、阿根廷等近三十个国家与地区，并在青岛、昆明、青岛黄岛、青岛胶南、云南呈贡等地设立配套仓储与配送节点。

Company Overview and History
Oboya Horticulture Industries AB (referred to as the Oboya Group) is an international horticultural consumables manufacturing group listed on the Nasdaq First North market in Stockholm. Its corporate headquarters is located in Stenkullen, Sweden, while its operations headquarters sits in the Huangdao District of Qingdao, Shandong, China. The group serves customers in more than eighty countries across three core segments: cut flower cultivation, vegetable production, and food packaging. The group was founded in 2006 in Qingdao, China, by Robert Wu, who serves as founder and chairman. The first two entities, Qingdao Oboya Metal Products Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Oboya Salome Packaging Co., Ltd., focused on flower harvesting trolleys and packaging materials for fresh produce. In 2011 the group diversified into automotive accessibility products through Qingdao Oboya Auto Parts. The group was admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm on 18 December 2017 under the short name OBOYA B.
Product System
Oboya’s catalogue is organised into four product series. The Planting series covers coir substrates, coir pith discs, coconut fibre, coco chips, sphagnum peat and a full range of pots and trays for cut flower and vegetable nurseries. The Packaging series spans flower sleeves, pot covers, lily sleeves, bouquet sheets, vegetable and candy bags, sleeving clips and binding elastic strings used from field to retail display. The Transportation series centres on flower trolleys in multiple formats, complemented by vertical deleaving machines, horizontal single-row deleaving machines, binders and binding elastic strings. The Other Accessories series holds dedicated field and packhouse equipment such as deleaving machines and binding machines. The group also publishes integrated solution kits tailored to four major crops: sweet pepper, strawberry, cucumber and blueberry.
Group Layout and Subsidiaries
Oboya operates four wholly-owned research, manufacturing and sales companies in China and more than twenty sales and service offices overseas, with a total workforce of over six hundred employees. Qingdao Oboya Metal Products and Qingdao Oboya Salome Packaging, the two founding entities, continue to produce flower harvesting trolleys and packaging materials exported to over eighty countries. In 2013 the group opened a subsidiary in Kenya, one of the four largest cut flower markets in the world. In 2019 it established Kunming Oboya Horticulture Co., Ltd. in Yunnan to serve the Yunnan and Southeast Asia markets. In 2023 the group founded Yunnan Qingshu Plastic Products Co., Ltd. with high-speed automatic injection equipment and a new Ecuador subsidiary focused on South American flower and produce customers. In August 2021, after years of accumulated acquisitions, three Swedish entities filed for bankruptcy protection, while the group’s wholly-owned Chinese research, manufacturing and sales operations continued without interruption.
Solution Kits and Service Network
The group integrates its four product lines into crop-specific solution kits, with dedicated packages currently published for sweet pepper, strawberry, cucumber and blueberry. Each kit spans the full value chain from substrate selection and seedling container specifications to in-field handling equipment, post-harvest packaging materials and end-of-line display products, allowing customers to source either individual components or full bundles. Oboya runs its service network along two parallel tracks. The sales and service arm covers nearly thirty countries and regions including China, Sweden, Norway, the United Kingdom, Sri Lanka, India, Kenya, Ethiopia, South Africa, Japan, Xinjiang, Yunnan, Mexico, Miami, Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Brazil and Argentina. The solution implementation team works from distribution and warehousing nodes located in Qingdao Huangdao, Qingdao Jiaonan and Yunnan Chenggong.
