杭州萧山新街盈中园林苗圃创办于1977年，由总经理李永法创立。苗圃位于杭州萧山新街镇（2000年被国家林业局和中国花协命名为”中国花木之乡”），目前已发展成为占地面积600余亩、拥有苗木品种300余种的规模化私营苗圃，年嫁接扦插苗3000余万株，容器育苗基地100余亩，年销售额突破1500万元。

盈中园林苗圃下设新街（盈中园林苗圃）和新湾（创盈园艺）两大苗木基地，花木品种近400个。容器育苗涉及红叶石楠、地中海荚蒾、金叶锦带、金森女贞、小丑火棘、红花继木等百余个品种。近年来还驯化出20多种野生观赏植物和彩叶树种苗，产品销往云南、江西、重庆、山东等20多个省份，并成功打开国际市场，与德国汉堡园林公司签订年供应100万欧元的花木合同。

Xiaoshan Xinjie Yingzhong Garden was founded in 1977 by General Manager Li Yongfa. Located in Xinjie Town, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou (named “China Flower and Seedling Town” by the National Forestry Bureau and Chinese Flower Association in 2000), the nursery has grown into a large-scale private seedling base covering over 600 mu with more than 300 seedling varieties, producing over 30 million grafted and cutting seedlings annually, and maintaining a 100+ mu container seedling facility with annual sales exceeding 15 million RMB.

Yingzhong Garden operates two major seedling bases: Xinjie (Yingzhong Garden) and Xinwan (Chuangying Horticulture), offering nearly 400 species of flowers and seedlings. Container seedlings include more than 100 varieties such as red leaf photinia, Mediterranean viburnum, golden leaf weigela, golden height juniper, crimson firethorn, and red flower boxwood. Recent years have seen the domestication of over 20 wild ornamental plants and colorful leaf seedlings. Products are sold to over 20 provinces including Yunnan, Jiangxi, Chongqing, and Shandong, and have successfully entered the international market, signing an annual supply contract worth 1 million euros with a Hamburg garden company in Germany.
