Founded in 1996, the company has long focused on hand-operated gardening tools and sells its Ningsan-branded pruners, shears and saws to more than 20 domestic provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, as well as to buyers in the United States, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia and the Middle East.

Factory Footprint and Production Capacity

The plant covers roughly 14,000 m² of land with about 7,500 m² of workshop space, and the combined production lines turn out more than three million hand tools per year. The site sits along the Changchun-Dalian railway, the Harbin-Dalian highway and the Shenyang-Dalian expressway, about 140 km south of Dalian, 200 km north of Shenyang, and 15 km west of the Yingkou Bayuquan new port, giving the factory convenient access to road, rail and sea freight.
