Corporate Evolution and Brand Identity
Originally established as Xuzhou Jiuzhou Eco-Landscape Co., Ltd., the company was founded in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province in July 2000. In November 2016 it became the first state-owned enterprise from Xuzhou to list on China’s National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), trading as Jiuzhou Eco under stock code 839717. Centred on the Huaihai Economic Zone, the company integrates investment planning, design, construction and operation across cultural tourism, ecological restoration and urban-renewal projects.
Business System and Sector Structure
Operations span four core sectors: landscape design, landscape engineering, landscape maintenance and ecological restoration. They are delivered through four business models — EPC, F+EPC, F+EPC+O and EOD — that cover the full project life cycle and form an integrated “invest–build–manage–operate” chain. The portfolio extends outward into cultural tourism, eco-agriculture and leisure-resort development, in line with new-type urbanisation and ecological-civilisation priorities.

The company holds a national Grade-A qualification in urban landscaping, a Grade-B qualification in scenic landscape engineering design, and Grade-C qualifications in municipal public works and environmental-protection engineering contracting. It has been recognised as a National Forestry Leading Enterprise, a Jiangsu Provincial Key Leading Enterprise in agricultural industrialisation, and a 2024 Xuzhou Contract-Honouring and Credit-Worthy Enterprise. Coverage radiates outward from the Huaihai Economic Zone into the Yangtze River Delta. New qualifications added in 2025 include Grade-B general contracting for construction engineering and Grade-B contracting for architectural decoration works, broadening the qualifications matrix in step with the medium- and long-term growth strategy.
