Founded in 1985 and reorganized as a limited liability company in August 2004, the firm is headquartered in Liwan District of Guangzhou with registered capital of 92 million yuan. Built around urban landscaping, it has grown into an integrated urban services enterprise covering municipal public works, building construction, interior and exterior decoration, and environmental sanitation.
Qualifications and Service Scope
The company carries a Grade-A qualification in urban landscaping, Grade-B in municipal public works contracting, Grade-B in building decoration engineering design and construction, and additional qualifications in housing construction contracting, urban and road lighting engineering, sports venue facilities, electromechanical installation, and Grade-B sanitation services. Around these qualifications the firm runs six business lines: municipal facility maintenance, greening care management, environmental sanitation, municipal construction, landscape construction, and human settlement upgrades.

Operations concentrate on three service directions: urban facility maintenance, urban-rural engineering, and emergency response. The firm serves as a vice-chair unit of the Guangdong Landscape and Ecological Landscape Association and the Guangzhou Urban Greening Association, a standing council member of the Guangzhou Municipal Engineering Association, and a member of the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture and several other industry bodies. On 28 March 2024 it was elected as the first rotating chair unit of the newly established Shiweitang District Chamber of Commerce in Liwan District, Guangzhou.
