历史沿革
广东文科绿色科技股份有限公司由原深圳文科园林股份有限公司变更而来,1996 年 12 月 5 日在深圳注册成立,起初以花卉盆景购销为主业。1997 年更名为深圳市文科园林花艺有限公司并正式进入园林行业,1999 年扩大经营范围并更名为深圳市文科园艺实业有限公司。2006 年文科景观规划设计院正式成立,2011 年 7 月完成股份制改造,2015 年 6 月在深交所 A 股挂牌上市,股票代码 002775,股票简称文科股份。2022 年 4 月公司实际控制人变更为佛山市国资委,佛山建发成为第一大股东;2024 年 1 月公司迁册佛山,与深圳总部并列运行,形成深圳加佛山双总部格局,2024 年 5 月文科大厦投入使用,业务覆盖范围扩展至全国 32 个省级行政区。
业务板块
公司主营业务涵盖生态环境、绿色能源、绿色服务三大板块,三者相互赋能、相互支撑。生态环境板块以风景园林规划设计、海绵城市研发、景观及市政工程施工、生态环境综合治理为核心,持有风景园林工程设计专项甲级、市政公用工程施工总承包一级等资质。绿色能源板块拥有电力工程施工总承包二级资质和承装(修、试)电力设施三级资质,投建了多个分布式光伏电站项目,从南粤科技工厂一直延伸到西北戈壁大漠。绿色服务板块以旅行社 AAAAA 资质为依托,从事田园综合体、研学文旅基地、花卉博览园等投建运营。

History
Guangdong Wenke Green Technology Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Shenzhen on 5 December 1996 under its former name Shenzhen Wenke Landscape Co., Ltd., originally trading in ornamental flowers and potted plants. The firm entered the landscape industry in 1997, expanded its business scope in 1999, established the Wenke Landscape Planning and Design Institute in 2006 and completed its share reform in July 2011. In June 2015 Wenke was listed on the main board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange under the ticker 002775. In April 2022 Foshan SASAC became the actual controller through its subsidiary Foshan Construction & Development, and in January 2024 the company re-domiciled to Foshan. By May 2024 the Wenke Tower in Shenzhen was in active use, giving the firm a Shenzhen-Foshan dual-headquarters model with operations across 32 provincial-level administrative regions in China.
Business Segments
Wenke now operates three mutually reinforcing business segments: ecological environment, green energy and green services. The ecological-environment segment covers landscape architecture planning and design, sponge-city research, landscape and municipal engineering construction, and integrated ecological restoration, supported by Grade-A qualifications in landscape architecture design and Grade-One qualifications in municipal public-works construction. The green-energy segment holds Grade-Two qualifications in power-engineering construction and Grade-Three qualifications in the installation, repair and testing of power facilities, and has invested in distributed photovoltaic power stations from southern Guangdong factories to northwestern deserts. The green-services segment leverages AAAAA travel-agency qualifications to invest in and operate rural complexes, study-tour bases and flower expos.
Qualifications & Research
Wenke is a national high-tech enterprise, ranks among the Top 10 Chinese urban landscape-greening enterprises by overall competitiveness, and is a member of the Guangdong Top 500 enterprises and a backbone enterprise of Guangdong’s environmental-protection industry. The company holds more than 150 authorised patents. In July 2026 the Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Centre for Landscape Architecture and Ecological Restoration, established by Wenke, passed the 2025 dynamic assessment administered by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology. Wenke has authored professional books on cultural landscape design, sponge-city construction and typhoon-resilient tree planting, and has run the annual Wenke Cup national student landscape-design competition since 2010. Multiple projects have received the Idea-King Award, the ELA Ecological Landscape Award and gold awards from the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture.
