樹花園股份有限公司（Treegarden）2008 年 10 月成立于台湾，总部位于台北市内湖区，是一家以树木移植、修剪、保护审议、植穴改良与高空绿化为核心业务的综合绿化企业。公司秉持”把树种好，让树像树”的核心理念，针对树木种植场域的风速、光度、湿度、降雨量等条件进行系统化调查与记录，并对植栽基盘做科学化整備，在土壤排水与通气性方面尤为讲究，让根系能获得舒适的生长环境。
四大服务板块
樹花園的业务分为四大板块。一是樹藝工作，涵盖大樹移植、樹木修剪、樹木保護審議、植穴改良、樹木照護與病蟲害防治，团队遵循国际樹藝协会（ISA）的标准进行风险评估与定期检查；二是優質景觀，从初步规划、基本设计、細部设计到施工監造提供一條龍服務，大型基地景观規劃、庭園綠化與植栽設計皆在其中；三是高空綠化，包含屋頂綠化與陽台花園，依”移動森林”原樹型工法讓樹木以完整樹型回到都市；四是環境教育，面向校園、企業與高齡族群推廣樹木與生态相关课程。
团队与技术资质
樹花園是台湾规模最大的树艺团队之一，拥有 14 位国际樹藝協會（ISA）認證樹藝師、1 位都市林管理樹藝師（Municipal Specialist）、4 位樹木風險評估師（Tree Risk Assessment Qualification, TRAQ）。董事长李有田同时具备台大園藝暨景觀學系博士与宾夕法尼亚大学沃顿商学院硕士背景，曾任美国富美家公司亚洲区总裁、奥图码科技董事长，在 2014 年取得全台首位 ISA 认证樹藝師资格；副总黄季墉、李佩蓉分别负责绿化部与树艺部，技术服务部协理陈又嘉则负责植物病虫防治与草坪养护。
十六年发展沿革
从 2008 年内沟溪展示场落成起，樹花園在台湾陆续创下多项业界第一：2012 年完成全台首例斜屋顶绿化（新庄体育馆）；2013 年以原樹型移植工法移植 10 株百年老桂花，并完成全台第一座阳台种大树的”垂直森林”——若山；2014 年取得全台首位 ISA 認證樹藝師；2015 年与台大昆虫系合作，在都会地区成功复育全球首例水生黄缘螢，促成 2017 年螢火蟲國際年會在台北举办；2016 年强台尼伯特侵袭台东时，发起”台东救树行动” 48 小时内抢救珍贵绿色资源；2019 年引入树木风险评估师与都市林管理师制度。
生态实践与行业荣誉
樹花園多次获得台湾景观与树木保育领域的最高肯定：2018 年首届臺北樹益獎技術養護類、2019 年国家卓越建设奖最佳施工品质卓越奖（”A22 老街溪河岸公園”）、2020 年全球卓越建设奖银奖、2020 年第二届臺北樹益獎、2021 年第九届台灣景觀大獎公園綠地公共開放空間類傑出獎、2022 年第三届臺北樹益獎，是唯一连续蝉联三届樹益獎的绿化企业。生态项目方面，与大安森林公園之友基金会合作推动”公園生態化”和”都市啄木鳥”课程，在台北市大安森林公園、木栅仙跡岩、萃湖等处以生态、非化学方式进行蚊虫防治，把失去的生态重新找回来，是樹花園不變的初衷。
Company Overview
Treegarden Co., Ltd. was founded in October 2008 in Taiwan and is headquartered in Neihu District, Taipei. The company specialises in tree transplant, pruning, protection review, soil improvement and high-altitude greening. Guided by the philosophy of “planting trees well, letting trees be trees,” Treegarden conducts systematic surveys of wind, light, humidity and rainfall at each planting site, and applies scientific preparation of planting bases, with particular attention to soil drainage and aeration so that root systems can develop comfortably.
Four Service Areas
The company’s work is organised into four service areas. Tree-art work covers large-tree transplant, pruning, protection review, planting-pit improvement and tree-care pest management, and follows the standards of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). Quality landscaping runs from preliminary planning and schematic design through construction supervision, covering large-site landscape planning, garden greening and planting design. High-altitude greening applies the company’s “mobile forest” original-tree-form method on rooftops and balconies. Environmental education delivers courses on trees and ecology for schools, enterprises and seniors.
Team and Credentials
Treegarden fields one of Taiwan’s largest arborist teams: 14 ISA-certified arborists, one ISA Municipal Specialist, and four ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) holders. Chairman Li You-tien holds a Ph.D. in Horticulture and Landscape Architecture from National Taiwan University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and previously served as Asia-Pacific president of Formica and chairman of Optoma. In 2014 he became the first person in Taiwan to earn an ISA Certified Arborist credential. Vice presidents Huang Ji-yong and Li Pei-rong head the greening and arboriculture divisions respectively, and Chen You-jia, an assistant director of the technical service division, leads plant healthcare and turf maintenance.
Sixteen Years of Firsts
Since opening the Neigouxi demonstration site in 2008, Treegarden has set several industry firsts in Taiwan. In 2012 it delivered the island’s first sloped green roof at the Xinzhuang Stadium; in 2013 it transplanted ten century-old sweet osmanthus trees using its original-form technique and completed the country’s first balcony “vertical forest,” Ruoshan; in 2014 it earned Taiwan’s first ISA Certified Arborist; in 2015, in collaboration with the Department of Entomology at National Taiwan University, it succeeded in restoring the aquatic firefly Aquatica ficta in an urban setting for the first time anywhere in the world, helping Taipei host the 2017 International Firefly Symposium; in 2016, when Typhoon Nepartak hit Taitung, the team launched a 48-hour “Taitung Tree Rescue” mobilising arborists from across Taiwan.
Ecological Practice and Industry Honours
Treegarden has repeatedly received Taiwan’s highest honours in landscape and tree conservation. It won the Technical Maintenance Award at the inaugural Taipei Tree Benefit Award in 2018, the National Outstanding Construction Award for Best Construction Quality in 2019 for the A22 Laojie River Park, a silver award at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence in 2020, a second Taipei Tree Benefit Award in 2020, the Outstanding Award in the Park and Public Open Space category of the 9th Taiwan Landscape Award in 2021, and a third Taipei Tree Benefit Award in 2022, making it the only greening enterprise to take the award three times in a row. Its ecological work with the Daan Forest Park Friends Foundation, the “Urban Woodpecker” programme and the ecological, non-chemical mosquito control carried out at Daan Forest Park, Xianjiyan and Cuihu Lake reflects the company’s enduring belief that what is lost in cities can be brought back to life.
