深圳市绿雅生态发展有限公司,原名深圳市绿雅园艺有限公司,创立于1997年,2019年12月正式更名启用现名。公司从最初的小型花卉经营起步,经过二十余年积累,逐步发展到今天以地产园林、市政园林、园林养护与花卉苗木四大业务为主的综合性园林企业。目前业务范围覆盖地产景观、市政公共绿地、公园养护、苗圃产销四个方向,项目遍布全国多个省市,在华南园林工程市场积累了一定的口碑。
资质体系与认证
公司持有造林施工乙级、林业有害生物工程治理、清洁服务、白蚁防治服务等多项专业资质,并于2011年将城市园林绿化企业资质升级至壹级,同一年通过ISO9001质量管理体系、ISO14001环境管理体系、OHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系三大认证。2016年获得市政公用工程施工总承包叁级资质,2019年进一步升级至贰级,业务承接能力从地产景观延伸至市政公用工程总承包。
苗圃基地与花卉苗木
公司在华南布局了五大苗木基地,分别是深圳梅林苗圃、光明苗圃、惠州博罗苗圃、潮州洲瑞苗圃与江门台山苗圃,主营盆架子、加拿利海枣、火焰木、腊肠树、小叶榕、大叶榕、木棉、龙船花、簕杜鹃、红背桂、香樟、樟树、榕树、凤凰木、复叶栾树、白兰、非洲茉莉、福建茶、红花檵木、软枝黄蝉、宫粉紫荆、九里香、变叶木、鸭脚木等数十个常用绿化品种,同时承接精品盆栽、办公室租摆植物以及节假日室外摆花策划,苗源稳定,品种齐全。
合作地产与代表项目
地产业务自2008年起与金地、保利、京基、佳兆业、万达、云浮宝能等多家大型地产公司建立长期战略合作关系,后续又陆续服务泰富华、博林、鸿隆等地产客户。代表项目包括大鹏佳兆业假日广场、御金山花园一期景观、水岸华都花园、京基天涛轩、博林天瑞花园、天峦湖花园、京基100周边及架空层环境景观、羊台山森林公园、中山公园莺歌燕舞广场、梅林水库水生态环境、南山公园公共绿地养护、梅林公园与儿童乐园绿地管养等。其中珠海水岸华都花园上沙片区园林景观工程、深圳京基100大厦周边及架空层环境景观工程、东方威尼斯园林景观工程三项获得中国风景园林学会颁发的优秀园林绿化工程金奖。

Company History and Business Portfolio
Shenzhen Lvya Ecological Development Co., Ltd. (formerly Shenzhen Lvya Gardening Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1997 and formally renamed to its present name in December 2019. The company began as a small flower-growing business and has grown over more than two decades into an integrated landscape enterprise covering four business lines: real-estate landscaping, municipal public greenery, garden maintenance, and flower and nursery production. Projects are located across multiple provinces in China, with a long-established reputation in the South China landscape market.
Qualifications and Certifications
The company holds a number of professional qualifications, including a Class B qualification for afforestation construction, qualification for forestry pest management, cleaning services, and termite control services. In 2011 the company’s urban landscape greening qualification was upgraded to Class A, and in the same year it achieved ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management, and OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety certifications. In 2016 it obtained a Class C qualification for municipal public works general contracting, which was further upgraded to Class B in 2019, extending its contracting scope to cover municipal projects as well as private real-estate work.
Nursery Bases and Floral Production
Lvya operates five nursery bases across South China: the Meilin and Guangming bases in Shenzhen, the Boluo base in Huizhou, the Zhourui base in Chaozhou, and the Taishan base in Jiangmen. The nurseries stock several dozen common landscape species, including Alstonia scholaris, Phoenix canariensis, Delonix regia, Cinnamomum camphora, Ficus microcarpa, Bauhinia variegata, Lagerstroemia speciosa, and a wide range of ornamental shrubs and ground covers. The company also supplies premium potted plants, office plant-rental services, and seasonal outdoor floral display arrangements.
Real Estate Partners and Representative Projects
The real-estate business has maintained long-term strategic partnerships since 2008 with major developers including Gemdale, Poly, Kingkey, Kaisa, Wanda, and Yunfu Baoneng, and has subsequently served additional clients such as Taifuhua, Bolin and Honglong Holdings. Notable projects include the Dapeng Kaisa Holiday Plaza, Yujinshan Garden Phase I, Shui’an Huadu Garden, Kingkey Tiantao Xuan, Bolin Tianrui Garden, Tianluanhu Garden, the Kingkey 100 podium and surroundings, Yangtai Mountain Forest Park, Zhongshan Park Yingge Yanwu Square, Meilin Reservoir aquatic ecological restoration, and public green-space maintenance at Nanshan Park, Meilin Park, and the Children’s Park. The Zhuhai Shui’an Huadu Garden Shangsha area project, the Kingkey 100 podium project, and the Oriental Venice landscape project were each awarded the Outstanding Landscape Greening Project Gold Award by the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture.

These include the 2015-2016 Guangdong Province Outstanding Landscape Enterprise designation, the 2015 Shenzhen Park Management Center Excellent Greening Maintenance Enterprise award, the 2017 Shenzhen Landscape Architecture Association Gold Award for Excellent Model Project (Dalang Office Greening Maintenance Service Package B), the 2018 National High-Tech Enterprise certificate, the 2018 Shenzhen Time-Honored Brand certificate, six consecutive years (2012-2017) of Guangdong Province Contract-Honoring and Credit-Keeping Enterprise, and eight consecutive years (2011-2018) of China Landscape Greening AAA Credit Enterprise.
