环艺工程顾问有限公司（Environmental Arts Design, EAD）创设于 1995 年，由潘一如景觀師与林琪能先生共同主持。两位主持人均毕业于美国纽约 PRATT INSTITUTE 建筑学院都市设计硕士（GRADUATE WITH HONOR），以建筑学与都市设计的双重背景投身环境景观艺术创作。公司总部位于台北市，长期与业主、建筑师合作，针对台湾景观设计常流于园艺植栽项目、缺乏建筑与空间深层对话的现状，以专业整合弥补产业缺口。

Company Profile and Founding Background
Environmental Arts Design Co., Ltd. (EAD) was founded in 1995 by landscape architect Pan Yi-Ju and Lin Chi-Neng. Both principals hold master’s degrees in Urban Design from Pratt Institute’s School of Architecture in New York (Graduate with Honor). Headquartered in Taipei, the firm addresses a long-standing gap in the local market where landscape design tended to focus on planting alone, lacking deeper dialogue between architecture and space. EAD works on commission for property owners and architects across Taiwan.
Three Design Pillars and Team Structure
EAD organises its design process around three pillars: architectural engineering, urban space and landscape aesthetics, covering every scale from metropolitan master plans down to human-factors detail. The firm operates as a Studio Working House, integrating civil, architectural and landscape disciplines in-house.
