蔚蓝海岸金合欢世家
位于法国蔚蓝海岸的Bormes-les-Mimosas小镇，有一家专注于金合欢（Acacia）生产与收藏的专业苗圃——Pépinières Cavatore。这家苗圃由Gérard Cavatore于1981年创立，至今已有四十余年历史，如今由其子Julien Cavatore接手经营，延续着家族对金合欢的热爱与专业传承。

Mimosa Collection and Expertise
Founded in 1981 by Gérard Cavatore and now run by his son Julien, Pépinières Cavatore is France’s only specialist mimosa nursery, holding the prestigious Collection Nationale certification from CCVS since 1992. Their collection features over 180 species and varieties of Acacia, with plants ranging from compact ground covers to majestic trees reaching 5–8 meters tall.
The nursery produces all plants on-site using eco-responsible methods, certified by Plante Bleue and Fleurs de France labels. The majority are propagated through grafting onto Acacia retinodes (“four-seasons mimosa”), which allows them to thrive even in chalky soils — something natural mimosas cannot tolerate. This technique ensures consistent quality and first-year flowering. Cavatore also produces plants via seed and layering to preserve unique characteristics.
Beyond mimosas, the nursery has expanded to include rare plants and Mediterranean climate species from Australia, South Africa, and the Americas. Their online shop delivers throughout France and the European Union, and group visits with guided tours in French, English, and Spanish are available by appointment.
