Charles Taylor Trading Ltd 是一家立足英国斯塔福德郡乡村、专注于传统实木户外家具的家族制造企业, 工坊坐落在 Peak District 国家公园边缘的 Cheddleton 小镇。所有家具均由英国本土工匠在自有车间内手工成型、装配与打磨, 完成后即以预涂防腐剂的”成品状态”发往客户, 真正实现”开箱即用”。

Charles Taylor 所有实木原料均通过 FSC® 产销监管链认证 (证书编号 FSC-C186695), 木材可追溯到经森林管理委员会审核的可持续林区, 兼顾品质、碳足迹与生物多样性。出厂前家具已涂一层品牌自研的”Taylor Brown”油性防腐剂, 客户只需在每年春秋两季各补涂一次即可保持十年不腐的耐久表现。
十年防霉保证
自 2019 年 3 月 1 日起交付的所有 Charles Taylor 自产家具, 在客户按说明使用 Taylor Brown 防腐剂的前提下, 享受 10 年防霉保证 (Rot Free Guarantee), 即由真菌导致的木材腐朽均可凭购买凭证与照片申请维修或更换。保证条款排除自然风化、改动、未使用指定防腐剂、非自产配件与正常磨损等情况, 详细索赔流程在官方网站公开列出。
自有白手套配送
品牌以自有车队在英国、爱尔兰与怀特岛提供”白手套”门到门服务, 司机直接把家具搬至客户花园并现场组装、清理包装。配件与家具罩 5 个工作日送达, 大件家具 7-21 个工作日送达, 客户在下单后会收到精确到日的短信与邮件通知。贸易 (Wholesale) 客户则由专属团队对接, 提供大批量与定制化方案。
Brand Origins
Charles Taylor Trading Ltd is a family-run British workshop crafting traditional solid-timber outdoor furniture, located on the edge of the Peak District in the Staffordshire countryside. Every piece is shaped, joined and finished by hand in the company’s own factory and shipped fully treated and assembled, so customers can place it straight into the garden on arrival.
Core Product Range
The catalogue covers two core outdoor scenarios: dining and lounging. It includes two-to-ten-seater timber dining sets, single and multi-seater arbours, two and three-seater swings, benches, sun loungers, BBQ shelters, planters and raised beds, window boxes, BBQ utility cabinets, scatter cushions and made-to-measure furniture covers. The newer “Grow it Range” brings the same craftsmanship indoors with planters and growing tables suited to porches, patios and kitchen windowsills.
Sustainability and Certification
All timber used by Charles Taylor is sourced under the FSC® chain-of-custody scheme (certificate FSC-C186695), traceable to forests managed to the standards of the Forest Stewardship Council, balancing quality, carbon footprint and biodiversity. Every product leaves the workshop with a base coat of the brand’s own “Taylor Brown” oil-based preservative; an additional coat every six to twelve months keeps the ten-year rot-free promise intact.
Ten-Year Rot-Free Guarantee
From 1 March 2019 onward, every Charles Taylor-manufactured product is covered by a 10-year rot-free guarantee, conditional on twice-yearly treatment with Taylor Brown preservative. Rot is defined as fungal decomposition of unprotected wet timber, and valid claims (supported by proof of purchase and a photograph) are repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion. The guarantee excludes natural weathering, modification, third-party finishes, normal wear, parasols and bases, and small natural splits that occur as the timber seasons.
White-Glove Delivery
The brand runs its own delivery fleet across mainland United Kingdom, Ireland and the Isle of Wight. Drivers carry each piece to the customer’s garden, assemble it on site and remove all packaging. Accessories and covers typically arrive within five working days; larger furniture within seven to twenty-one working days, with a precise date confirmed by email and SMS once the order is placed. A dedicated trade team supports wholesale partners with volume pricing and bespoke specifications.
