三兴顾问有限公司（サンコーコンサルタント株式会社，Sanko Consultants Co., Ltd.）是日本的一家综合性建设咨询企业，1961 年 4 月 20 日由三井鉱山株式会社作为母体设立，注册资本 500 万日元，下设地质、测量、土木、总务、机电五部门。1963 年更名为三兴顾问株式会社（サンコ－コンサルタント株式会社）。1999 年取得 ISO 9001 全支店认证，2028 年 12 月到期。2009 年股份转移至 NTC ホールディングス株式会社旗下，注册资本减至 1 亿日元，2011 年迎来创业 50 周年。2021 年东关东支店迁至千叶县船桥市并增设卫星办公室功能，2024 年东日本支社内新设首都圈支店，并将北陆支店与东北支店编入东日本支社北关东支店体系。现任代表取缔役社长为柿崎 勉（同时担任社长执行役員），代表取缔役会长为野村 秀行。

都市緑化与造園板块
造園是公司的业务范畴之一，承担城市规划、地域活化、公园绿地方案设计以及运营维持管理四个方向的咨询业务。在都市计划与地域计划部门，开展行政计划広域计划到部门别个别地区的构想与计划，制定各类总体规划；支援都市再生与都市整备中关于调查、合意形成与施设设计的工作；承担住宅团地、工业团地的宅地造成与宅地开发，駅前广场、街路等公共施设整备的构想、計画、设计与事业认可支援。在公园绿地施设计划部门，进行公园规划与设计，涵盖憩い、防灾、市民活动与観光等多种功能；推进都市緑化与緑地保全，应对热岛效应与生态空间确保；从事景观整备，覆盖街道与水边、街路树、土木构造物等多种需求；进行施设整备计划与设计。在运营维持管理部门，提供市场调查与需要预测支援，开展事业评价与费用对効果分析，制定街路树诊断、都市公园长寿命化计划与公共施设运营计划。

Sanko Consultants Co., Ltd. is a Japanese general construction consulting company established in April 1961 by Mitsui Mining as Sanko Consultant Co., Ltd. The company is headquartered in Kameido, Koto-ku, Tokyo, with paid-in capital of 100 million yen. As of May 2026 the firm employs 380 staff, including 5 doctoral degree holders, 75 Professional Engineers in the construction sector, 28 in comprehensive technical management, 109 RCCM-credentialed engineers, 33 licensed surveyors, 60 Class-1 civil engineering managing engineers, plus 4 Class-1 landscape managing engineers and 1 certified tree doctor on staff. The company is led by President and Representative Director Tsutomu Kakizaki, who also serves as President Executive Officer. Chairman of the Board is Hideyuki Nomura.
Service Areas and Technical Capabilities
Built on four strengths, namely planning creativity, investigative precision, design sophistication and teamwork response, the company operates across six domains: geotechnical investigation and disaster prevention, roads, bridges and tunnels, rivers, sabo and water supply, urban planning and greening, environmental assessment, and spatial information. Service coverage extends from planning and investigation through planning, design and maintenance management. In geotechnical work the firm offers drilling investigation, surface geological survey, in-situ testing, indoor soil testing and geotechnical risk management. Analytical services cover discontinuous rock mass analysis, slope stability analysis, soft ground analysis, seepage flow analysis and three-dimensional geological modeling. Landscape Architecture and Urban Greening
Landscape architecture is one of the firm’s practice areas, delivered through four divisions: urban planning and regional planning, regional revitalization, park and green space facility planning, and operation and maintenance planning. The urban and regional planning division supports administrative and regional master plans, urban regeneration and citizen-led neighborhood facility design, residential and industrial land readjustment, station plaza and street public facility planning, and building renewal with energy efficiency and universal design principles. The park and green space facility division provides park planning covering recreation, disaster prevention, civic activity and tourism functions; urban greening and green space conservation addressing heat island mitigation and ecological networks; landscape improvement for streetscapes, waterfronts, roadside trees and civil engineering structures; and barrier-free facility planning. In recent years the company has received multiple awards from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism regional bureaus, including the FY2025 Chubu Regional Bureau Chubu DX Grand Prize, FY2025 Kyushu Regional Bureau Director-General Award and the 2025 All Japan Construction Technology Association Award. In January 2025 the company made donations to Koto-ku, Tokyo and to Saitama Prefecture. In April 2026 it released its Open Company disclosure and launched FY2026 internship recruitment and FY2027 new graduate entry program. In March 2025 it obtained the Kurumin Mark, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare certification for child-rearing support companies, and formulated its General Employer Action Plan in October 2025.
