アゴラ造園株式会社（AGORA Landscape Architecture Corporation）成立于 1972 年 2 月 9 日，总部位于东京都练马区高松，是一家以园林设计与施工业为主、兼营绿地循环与公共设施管理业务的造园企业。公司注册资本 5,000 万日元，2026 年 4 月时员工总数为 52 人，现任代表取缔役社长为荻野淳司。”アゴラ”一名取自古希腊公共集会广场之意，象征企业希望成为造园技术者交流与成长的空间，自创立之初便把”居住环境之绿”与”都市环境之绿”作为业务方向。
业务体系与技术能力
公司主营业务分为三大块：造园与土木工事业（设计、施工、管理运营）、绿地资源循环事业、以及公共施设指定管理者业务。国土交通大臣许可（特-3）第 8422 号是其承接大型公共工程的资格凭证。截至 2026 年 4 月，公司持有一级造园施工管理技士 25 名、二级 9 名，一级土木施工管理技士 14 名、二级 4 名，一级造园技能士 8 名、农学博士 1 名、树木医 3 名、植栽基盘诊断士 11 名，以及街路树剪定士、绿地树木剪定士、自然再生士、公园管理运营士等多种资格者。技术研究所下设”Tree Clinic”树木医问诊板块，长期为管理运营业务提供植栽健康诊断支持。

公司主要客户包括宫内厅、国土交通省、都市再生机构、东京都、练马区役所，以及前田建设工业、鹿岛建设、飞岛建设、大成建设、大林组、西日本・中日本・东日本高速公路、三菱地所社区等大型建设公司。2018 至 2020 年间，公司承接了区内首个第四种公认陆上竞技场及其附属工程；2021 年完成都内集合团地的植栽翻新与屋顶绿化工程。2017 年 10 月，公司作品曾亮相于日比谷公园园艺展”未来へつなごう花とみどりの輪”生活方式花园单元。

公司在东京都内设有三个营业据点：营业本部与总务部同设于练马区高松 6 丁目总部所在，造园事业本部位于练马区高松 6 丁目 10 番地，板桥营业所位于板桥区宫本町，江东营业所位于江东区亀户。此外在埼玉县所沢市中富设有埼玉支店，2024 年 5 月完成迁址。2026 年 4 月 15 日，公司正式取得日本环境省制定的环境マネジメントシステム”エコアクション 21″（EcoAction 21）认证・登录，涵盖日常业务中的节能、废弃物减量与既有资源循环活动。

About the Company and Its History
Agora-zoen Co., Ltd. (AGORA Landscape Architecture Corporation) was founded on February 9, 1972 in Takamatsu, Nerima-ku, Tokyo. The company runs an integrated landscaping practice covering design, construction and facility management, together with green-resource recycling work and designated administration of public facilities. Paid-in capital stands at 50 million yen and the headcount was 52 as of April 2026, with Atsushi Ogino serving as President and Representative Director. The brand name Agora borrows from the Greek public assembly place, expressing the company’s intent to be a gathering and growth space for landscape practitioners, and from the outset the firm has framed its work around greenery for the home and greenery for the city.
Service Lines and Technical Capacity
Operations divide into three blocks: landscape and civil-engineering work (design, construction, operation and maintenance), green-resource recycling, and designated administration of public facilities. Construction permit (Tokutei-3) No. 8422 from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism authorises the firm for large-scale public works. As of April 2026 the company carries 25 first-class and 9 second-class landscape construction management engineers, 14 first-class and 4 second-class civil engineering management engineers, 8 first-class landscape craftsmen, 1 doctor of agriculture, 3 tree doctors, 11 planting-base diagnosticians, and additional qualified staff in roadside-tree pruning, green-area pruning, natural restoration, park operation and biotope management.
Representative Projects and Recent Records
Principal clients include the Imperial Household Agency, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Urban Renaissance Agency, Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Nerima Ward Office and other local governments, together with major contractors Maeda Corporation, Kajima Corporation, Tobishima Corporation, Taisei Corporation, Obayashi Corporation, the three NEXCO companies and Mitsubishi Estate Community. Between 2018 and 2020 the firm delivered the ward’s first Class 4 certified athletics stadium and ancillary works, and in 2021 completed planting renewal and rooftop greening at a metropolitan housing complex. In October 2017 the company exhibited a lifestyle-garden piece at the Hibiya Park Gardening Show under the theme Mirai ni Tsunagou Hana to Midori no Wa.
Offices and Environmental Certification
Within Tokyo the firm operates three sites: the sales headquarters and general affairs division share the Takamatsu 6-chome head office, the landscape operations headquarters sits at Takamatsu 6-chome 10-banchi, the Itabashi branch serves Miyamoto-cho, and the Koto branch serves Kameido. The Saitama branch is located in Nakatomi, Tokorozawa, Saitama, and moved to its current site in May 2024. On April 15, 2026 the company obtained EcoAction 21 certification and registration under the environmental management system drafted by Japan’s Ministry of the Environment, recognising its ongoing energy-saving, waste-reduction and recycling efforts.

Agora-zoen holds full membership of the Tokyo Landscape Construction Cooperative, the Japan Landscape Contractors Association, the Tokyo Landscape Greening Association and the Nerima Environment Landscape Association, and supporting membership of the Japan Park and Green Space Association, the Japan Landscape and Scenic Beautification Foundation, the Japanese Institute of Landscape Architecture, the Parks Foundation, the Landscape Consultants Association of Japan, the Japan Flower Association and the National Society of First-Class Landscape Construction Management Engineers. The firm also participates in local bodies including the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry Nerima Branch, the Ikebukuro Labour Standards Association, the Tokyo Metropolitan Vocational Ability Development Association and the Nerima-Higashi Corporate Taxpayers Association.
