机构概况与历史沿革
重庆市风景园林科学研究院位于中国西南的重庆市，前身是成立于 1980 年的重庆市园林绿化科学研究所，2011 年由所升院并更名为现名，现为隶属于重庆市城市管理局的市级园林绿化行业公益一类科研院所，办公地址在重庆市九龙坡区白市驿镇芳驿路 8 号。院承担着园林绿化相关基础应用研究、成果推广、城市绿化病虫害预测预报、园林土壤质量检测、技术咨询指导以及行业信息交流等职能，并具有园林植物病虫害预警预报与园林土壤质量检测两项政府公共服务事项的发布职能，为市委、市政府在城市园林绿化建设方面的科学决策与行业管理提供技术支撑。
研究方向与平台建设
院围绕三峡库区消落带生态修复、城市生活污泥与有机废弃物园林资源化应用、山地城市立体绿化、园林植物种质资源收集与乡土植物开发、园林植物病虫害绿色防控等方向开展系统研究。依托单位建有川渝共建乡土植物种质创新与利用重庆市重点实验室、国家级博士后科研工作站、重庆市城市园林绿化工程技术研究中心、重庆市城市园林土壤质量检测中心（具备 CMA 计量认证）、重庆市园林科普互动体验中心、城市污泥冷等离子体技术示范型国际科技合作基地、大巴山乡土植物繁育农业农村市级专家大院等多个科研与转化平台，为山城重庆的山水园林建设与城市绿化品质提升提供持续的技术供给。
组织架构与团队
院内设办公室、组织人事科（纪检科）、财务科、科技管理科四个管理部门，下辖植物研究所、生态研究所、植物保护研究所、土壤研究所、大树古树保护研究所、园林生物技术研究所、绿色康养研究所七个研究部门，业务范围覆盖植物资源、生态、植保、土壤、古树保护、生物技术以及绿色康养与园艺疗法等多个学科方向。院先后获评重庆市文明单位、重庆市生态文明建设先进集体、重庆市科技系统先进集体、重庆市城市管理系统先进集体、十佳技术创新团队等集体荣誉，并多次在中国产学研合作创新成果、重庆市全国科普日优秀组织单位等评选中获得表彰。
科研项目与成果
院承担了多项国家级与省部级科研课题，研究方向涵盖污水厂污泥园林资源化利用、城市污泥冷等离子体技术国际合作、城市绿地土壤质量演变评价、三峡库区耐淹植物筛选、立体绿化成套技术、川山茶与乡土植物品种资源收集选育以及城市园林植物病虫害预测预报体系等。研究成果形成了一系列发明专利、实用新型专利、地方标准与工程建设标准，并在重庆市主城核心区消落带治理、市政道路与公园绿化养护、古树名木复壮、海绵城市与智慧园林等领域得到示范应用。
科普场馆与社会服务
院依托自身科研资源面向社会公众打造了重庆花园中心、重庆市园林科普互动体验中心、重庆市园艺疗法示范基地三大科普场馆，分别位于重庆园博园主展馆二楼与九龙坡区白市驿院区，以土壤、植物、昆虫为科普主线，结合本土园林资源与五感沉浸式园艺疗法体验，持续开展青少年研学、社区科普、行业培训以及园艺康养疗愈等公益服务，先后获评全国科普基地、中国风景园林学会科普基地、重庆市生态文明教育基地、重庆市中小学社会实践教育基地以及重庆市科普基地等称号。
Institute Overview and Historical Evolution
Chongqing Landscape and Gardening Research Institute (CQYLRI), originally founded in 1980 as the Chongqing Institute of Landscape Greening Science, was reorganized and renamed in 2011. It is a municipal public-interest research institute under the Chongqing Municipal Urban Management Bureau, located at No. 8 Fangyi Road, Baishiyi Town, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing, China.
Research Directions and Platforms
The institute carries out basic and applied research on urban greening, promotes research outcomes, forecasts and provides guidance on plant diseases and pests, performs garden soil quality testing, offers technical consulting, and hosts industry information exchanges. It also delivers two government public services: publishing pest and disease early warnings and conducting garden soil quality testing for the city of Chongqing.
Organization and Teams
Research platforms include the Sichuan–Chongqing Joint Provincial Key Laboratory for Innovation and Utilization of Native Plant Germplasm Resources, a national postdoctoral research workstation, the Chongqing Engineering Technology Research Center for Urban Landscape Greening, the Chongqing Garden Soil Quality Testing Center (CMA-certified), the Chongqing Garden Science Interactive Experience Center, an international science and technology cooperation demonstration base for cold plasma treatment of urban sludge, and the Daba Mountain native plant breeding expert courtyard.
Research Projects and Outcomes
The institute is organized into four management offices and seven research departments covering plant resources, ecology, plant protection, soil science, ancient and notable tree conservation, biotechnology, and green health and horticultural therapy. It has received numerous collective honors from the municipal, provincial, and national levels for scientific innovation, public science communication, and ecological civilization construction.
Science Education Venues and Public Service
Its three public-facing venues—the Chongqing Garden Center, the Chongqing Garden Science Interactive Experience Center, and the Chongqing Horticultural Therapy Demonstration Base—offer science education, immersive nature experiences, and horticultural therapy programs for visitors of all ages, and have been accredited as a National Science Education Base, a Science Popularization Base of the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture, and various Chongqing municipal science and ecological education bases.
