年度展览与文化活动
协会每年举办多场重要活动，包括年度盆景展（Matsuri）和中华文化周（Chinese Week）。年度盆景展是协会规模最大的年度展览，吸引来自各地的盆景爱好者参与。此外，协会还与日本友谊花园（Japanese Friendship Garden）保持长期合作，共同推广亚洲艺术文化。
The Phoenix Bonsai Society is located in Phoenix, Arizona. Founded in the Autumn of 1962, the society was one of the first twenty-five bonsai clubs formed outside of Asia. It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization dedicated to the promotion and preservation of the art of bonsai.
Objectives and Member Services
The society’s objectives have always been: to study, foster and encourage the enjoyment of the art of bonsai; to assemble and make available information on the culture of bonsai; to promote the collection and exhibition of bonsai; and to acquaint bonsai fanciers with each other. The club offers its members bonsai demonstrations by masters in the art, hands-on experience, lectures, workshops, beginner classes, benefit drawings, bonsai information and local events.
Annual Shows and Cultural Events
The society holds several major events each year, including the annual Matsuri bonsai show and Chinese Week. The annual Matsuri is the club’s largest exhibition, attracting bonsai enthusiasts from across the region. The society also maintains a long-standing collaboration with the Japanese Friendship Garden to promote Asian art and culture.
