Company Profile and Business Lines
Headquartered in Changsha, Hunan, Jingqiao Landscape operates across four core lines: landscape design, engineering construction, nursery production and sales, and green-space maintenance. The company pairs in-house design with self-run nurseries, keeping the chain from blueprint to planting on-site under one roof. Project types span municipal parks, residential developments, schools and factory compounds, private gardens, and long-term maintenance contracts.
Project Portfolio by Category
Public projects fall into five categories: municipal parks, real-estate landscapes, schools and factories, private gardens, and professional maintenance. Representative works include Longfor Qingyun Que, Hangao Xueshi Fu and Dongyuanlu Yinchangjiang for residential clients, the Xiangjiang East Bank scenic corridor, Lujiang Academy and Xiaoyuan Park for public spaces, and the long-term maintenance contract for China Mobile Hunan West District.
Nursery Base and Plant Stock
The company runs its own nursery base, systematically stocking aquatic plants, trees, vines, ground covers and shrubs. Aquatic plants serve lakeside and wetland projects, trees form the canopy and backbone of avenues and gardens, vines cover facades and pergolas, ground covers handle surface soil, and shrubs fill mixed borders. The full spectrum of plant categories keeps bidding and tight-schedule projects supplied from on-site stock.
Maintenance Work and Public Engagement
Beyond daily maintenance tasks such as urban forest construction and pest control, Jingqiao takes on long-term contracts like the China Mobile Hunan West District maintenance project. In parallel, the company runs a long-standing philanthropy program, including annual Jingqiao Career Development Scholarships, support for veterans in Pingjiang County, university aid programs, and education-focused poverty alleviation work in rural Hunan.
Industry Membership and Outlook
Jingqiao Landscape is a member of the Hunan Society of Landscape Architecture (related entity: Hunan Jingqiao Design Consulting Co., Ltd.), collaborating with provincial peers on academic and project work. Going forward, the company focuses on three directions: high-end private courtyard customization, municipal park quality upgrades, and long-term urban greening maintenance, with its integrated design-nursery model providing stable supply across central-southern China.
