组织定位
国际园艺生产者协会（AIPH）成立于上世纪中叶，是观赏植物与花卉种植者协会的国际联合组织，会员覆盖数十个国家的国家级园艺生产者协会，是观赏园艺行业在国际层面最重要的行业组织之一。其总部设在英国牛津郡奇尔顿，工作语言为英语，长期与国际花卉贸易协会 Union Fleurs 等伙伴机构协同推动全球观赏植物产业链的发展。
核心使命
AIPH 将自身定位为”植物力量的全球倡导者”，其核心使命可概括为四项：鼓励全球对观赏树木、植物和花卉的需求，保护并促进行业整体利益，搭建行业信息与知识交流的国际枢纽，以及引领观赏植物生产的最佳实践。这一使命既面向终端消费者市场，也面向生产者、贸易商和监管机构，形成围绕观赏植物全产业链的协调框架。

国际统计与年鉴
与 Union Fleurs 联合发布的《国际统计——花卉和植物年鉴》是 AIPH 最具行业影响力的出版物之一，涵盖数十个国家的生产数据、产品对比、市场动态及全球进出口数据，是行业研究者、政策制定者与生产商普遍参考的国际数据源。年鉴连同年度行业简报、新闻专题与 GIIC 数据库共同支撑协会的国际信息枢纽定位。
博览会与全球活动
AIPH 负责审批国际最高级别的 A1、B 类国际园艺博览会，已批准涵盖多届欧洲、亚洲大型园艺博览会；第 78 届年会及多场绿色城市会议、国际种植者年度大奖颁奖等活动构成协会常态化的国际议程。AIPH 与其会员协会及绿色城市倡议伙伴一道，把植物与城市可持续发展的议题持续推向城市与政策层面。
Organisation Profile
The International Association of Horticultural Producers (AIPH) was founded in the mid-twentieth century and brings together national ornamental growers’ associations from across the world. Headquartered in Chilton, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, AIPH acts as the international umbrella body for the ornamental horticulture sector, with English as its working language and long-standing partnerships such as with Union Fleurs, the International Flower Trade Association.
Core Mission
AIPH positions itself as the world’s champion for the power of plants. Its mission is organised around four pillars: stimulating worldwide demand for ornamental trees, plants and flowers, protecting and promoting the interests of the industry, serving as an international centre for industry information and knowledge exchange, and championing best practice in ornamental plant production. These objectives connect end consumers with growers, traders and regulators across the entire ornamental plant value chain.
Business Pillars
AIPH’s day-to-day work is structured around five business pillars: international horticultural expos (approval and regulation of A1 and B category events), ornamental production (including the Novelty Protection group, the Plant Health group and sustainability initiatives), the Global Industry Intelligence Centre (GIIC) along with the International Statistics – Flowers and Plants Yearbook, the Green City initiative with conferences, awards and standards, and the International Grower of the Year Awards together with meetings, webinars and weekly e-newsletters.
International Statistics Yearbook
Jointly produced with Union Fleurs, the International Statistics – Flowers and Plants Yearbook is one of AIPH’s flagship publications. It compiles production volumes, product comparison, market developments and global import-export data for a broad panel of countries and serves as a widely cited international reference for industry researchers, policy makers and producers. The yearbook, together with GIIC’s online intelligence hub and ongoing news coverage, underpins AIPH’s role as the international information exchange centre for the ornamental horticulture sector.
Expos and Global Programme
AIPH approves the world’s most prestigious A1 and B category international horticultural expos, including past and forthcoming editions across Europe, Asia and beyond. Its regular programme of Annual Congresses, Spring Meetings, Green City conferences, the International Grower of the Year awards and the World Green City Awards forms a sustained international calendar that brings together growers’ associations, cities and sustainability partners around the central theme of plants in people’s lives.
