历史沿革
协会前身为深圳市公园协会,2002年1月25日在深圳成立,2005年6月更名为深圳市风景园林协会。接受深圳市城市管理和综合执法局及深圳市民政局的业务指导和监督管理,是由本市从事园林绿化规划设计、施工、养护、监理的企事业单位及风景园林工作者自愿组成的非营利性社会团体法人。协会围绕巩固和提高本市”国家园林城市””国家花园城市”以及创建”国家森林城市”的主题,发挥参谋助手和桥梁纽带作用。
组织架构
协会按民主集中制原则和深圳市社会团体登记管理有关规定,设立会员代表大会、理事会、常务理事会,以及会长、副会长、秘书长、副秘书长等职务。协会内设办公室、技术委员会、公园分会、企业分会、盆景赏石文化分会,办公地址位于深圳市罗湖区。第五届理事会于2024年7月完成换届,任期至2028年前后,2025年4月召开第五届第四次理事会审议通过信息公开制度、风险防控制度、廉洁自律制度等系列内部治理文件。
主要职能
协会业务范围涵盖自律公约、信息发布、标准制订、争议调解、行业培训、信用评定、政府委托项目等。企业分会于2008年8月25日经深圳市民政局审批成立,负责园林绿化企业方面的协调和服务,包括宣传贯彻园林绿化方针政策、规范行业市场秩序、组织制定行规行约、维护会员合法权益、协助评优评选。技术委员会承担风景园林行业技术咨询、技术标准制订、学术成果评审等职能。
会员构成
协会已发展单位会员近400家,会员单位以园林企业为主体,涵盖规划设计、施工、养护、监理、苗木、建材等细分领域。服务对象已从成立初期以公园为主体逐步过渡到公园和园林企业并重,全面覆盖全市风景园林行业。会员分为单位会员和个人会员,入会须经申请、资格审查、理事会审议等流程,具体入会细则详见协会章程及会员之家栏目。
行业服务
协会主办深圳市风景园林网作为行业资讯服务平台,办有《都市园林》杂志,每季度出版一期。每季度举办一次学术交流报告会,每年组织会员单位赴国内外学习考察交流,每年开展优秀企业评审、优良样板施工工程、优良样板养护工程、立体绿化工程评审,以及科技进步奖、优秀园林规划设计奖等评选活动。协会另设新闻发言人制度,负责对外信息发布与媒体沟通工作。
Historical Evolution
The Shenzhen Landscape Architecture Association was established on 25 January 2002 under the name Shenzhen Park Association, and adopted its current name in June 2005. It operates under the guidance and supervision of the Shenzhen Urban Management and Law Enforcement Bureau and the Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau, functioning as a non-profit social organisation composed of enterprises and professionals engaged in landscape planning, design, construction, maintenance and supervision across the city.
Organisational Structure
The Association operates under a member congress, council and standing council structure, with a president, vice presidents, secretary-general and deputy secretary-general. It maintains an administrative office, a technical committee, a parks branch, an enterprises branch and a bonsai and viewing-stone cultural branch. The fifth-term council completed its leadership transition in July 2024 and the fourth council meeting of the term was held in April 2025.
Main Functions
Core functions include self-regulation, information publication, standards formulation, dispute mediation, training, credit evaluation and projects entrusted by government. The Enterprises Branch was approved by the Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau on 25 August 2008 to coordinate landscape enterprises in policy implementation, market order and member rights protection. The Technical Committee handles industry-wide technical consulting, standard setting and project review.
Membership Composition
The Association has nearly 400 corporate members, the majority of which are landscape enterprises covering planning, design, construction, maintenance, supervision, nursery stock and building materials. The membership base expanded from a parks-focused body in its early years to a comprehensive industry-wide organisation. Industry Services
The Association runs the Shenzhen Landscape Network as its industry information portal and publishes the Urban Landscape journal every quarter. It hosts an academic seminar each quarter, organises domestic and international study tours annually, and evaluates outstanding enterprises, model construction projects, model maintenance projects, vertical greenery projects, as well as science-and-technology progress awards and excellent landscape planning and design awards each year.
