产品线与销售方式

销售方面,苗圃采取温室自取与开放日相结合的方式,不提供植物邮寄或配送。顾客可在 Uxbridge 镇温室现场提货,或参加不定期举办的「open plant sale days」,具体日期会通过网站与社交媒体提前公布。除植物外,店内也销售少量园艺周边用品与种子。

英国及爱尔兰园艺游

苗圃主理人长期与英国 DH Tours 合作,推出面向加拿大园艺爱好者的英国与爱尔兰深度花园游线路。已结束的 2025 年康沃尔行程早早售罄;2026 年夏季同时开放两条线路:6 月 25 日至 7 月 6 日的威尔士与英格兰西部花园游,以及 8 月 2 日至 14 日的爱尔兰翡翠岛花园游,涵盖 Bodnant、Powis Castle、Mount Stewart、Kell’s Bay House 等经典花园。

Mason House Gardens is an independent specialty plant nursery located in Uxbridge, Ontario, Canada, with more than 30 years of continuous operation. The nursery is run as a partnership between Marjorie Mason, Jeff Mason, and Paul Zammit, three well-known figures in the Canadian horticultural community, who together have grown a family-scale greenhouse into a curated plant supplier for discerning gardeners.

Plant Specialization & Sourcing Direction

The nursery focuses on rare and hard-to-find plants, with a clear emphasis on the unique and unusual. In addition to standard perennials, the collection spans tropicals, succulents, and specialty annuals, bridging temperate and tender plants suitable for microclimate gardens or greenhouse cultivation.

Product Lines & On-Site Pickup

Sales follow a greenhouse pickup model combined with scheduled open plant sale days; the nursery does not ship or deliver plants. Customers can collect orders at the Uxbridge greenhouse or attend announced open days, with dates posted on the website and social channels in advance. A small selection of gardening accessories and seeds is also available alongside the plant stock.

UK & Ireland Garden Tours

The principals run multi-year garden tour programs in partnership with UK-based DH Tours, aimed at Canadian gardening enthusiasts. The 2025 Cornwall trip sold out well in advance; for summer 2026 the nursery is offering two simultaneous itineraries: a Wales and western England tour from June 25 to July 6, and an Emerald Isle garden tour from August 2 to 14, with visits to Bodnant Garden, Powis Castle, Mount Stewart, and Kell’s Bay House, among others.
