深圳市北林苑景观及建筑规划设计院有限公司（简称“北林苑”）成立于1994年，总部位于深圳，是国家高新技术企业。设计院源自北京林业大学，立足深圳设计之都，长期从事风景园林、城乡规划、建筑设计、水土保持、生态规划等领域的综合规划设计工作。
资质与专业体系
北林苑持有风景园林工程设计专项甲级、城乡规划编制甲级、水土保持方案编制四星、建筑行业（建筑工程）专业乙级、生产建设项目水土保持监测单位四星、林业调查规划设计丙级等多项专业资质，并通过 ISO9001:2015 质量管理体系认证。
科研平台与行业参与
设计院设有国家级博士后科研工作站，与北京林业大学共建研究生联合培养基地，汇集行业规划设计精英，承担多项国家科技支撑计划项目、国家行业规范与标准编制（如《动物园设计规范》），并取得 LED 埋地灯、防眩灯、雨水收集装置等多项发明专利。

Institution and Positioning
Shenzhen Beilinyuan Landscape and Architectural Planning & Design Institute Co., Ltd. (Beilinyuan) was founded in 1994 in Shenzhen and is a national high-tech enterprise. Originating from Beijing Forestry University and based in Shenzhen, the institute has long been engaged in integrated planning and design across landscape architecture, urban-rural planning, architectural design, soil and water conservation, and ecological planning.
Qualifications and Discipline System
Beilinyuan holds a portfolio of professional qualifications, including Class A in landscape architecture engineering design, Class A in urban-rural planning, four-star soil and water conservation scheme preparation, Class B in architectural engineering, four-star monitoring qualification for production-construction projects, and Class C in forestry investigation planning and design, alongside ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification.
Research Platform and Industry Engagement
The institute hosts a national-level postdoctoral research station and a joint graduate training base with Beijing Forestry University. Its team has undertaken national science and technology support programs, contributed to industry codes and standards, and holds invention patents in LED buried lighting, anti-glare lighting, and rainwater collection systems.

As a subsidiary of China Urban-Rural Holdings Group under China Communications Construction Group (CCCC), Beilinyuan draws on both CCCC’s platform resources and Beijing Forestry University’s academic strengths to serve the Shenzhen pilot demonstration zone and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area with high-quality planning and design.
