历史沿革
杭州园林设计院股份有限公司始创于 1952 年，前身为杭州园林设计院，是全国首批甲级风景园林设计院。2001 年公司完成改制，2011 年改制为民营股份制企业，2017 年 5 月 5 日在深交所挂牌上市（股票代码 300649），成为 A 股资本市场首家以园林设计为主营业务的上市公司。公司前身在二十世纪八十年代便深度参与了杭州西湖的综合整治工程，先后承担阮公墩、望湖楼、虎跑、灵峰探梅、郭庄等老十景的修复与新建，是西湖从分散景点走向世界文化遗产名录的长期技术支撑力量。

公司持有风景园林工程设计专项甲级、建筑行业（建筑工程）甲级、城乡规划（国土空间规划）编制甲级、市政行业（排水工程、道路工程、桥梁工程）专业乙级、文物保护工程勘察设计乙级以及工程咨询单位乙级，是杭州市第一批全过程工程咨询试点单位和工程总承包试点单位。公司同时入选杭州市十大产业重点企业、杭州市企业社会责任建设 AA 级企业，曾被评为全国工程勘察设计行业「十佳民营勘察设计企业」、浙江省勘察设计行业诚信单位、世界文化遗产工作先进单位、全国勘察设计行业庆祝新中国成立 70 周年系列推举优秀勘察设计企业。

公司主业为风景园林设计与工程总承包（EPC），业务延伸至建筑设计、市政工程、城乡规划与文物保护设计，并设立设计集团、生态环境集团以及浙江汇泽工程设计有限公司等下属机构。公司总部位于杭州，并在雄安新区设立分公司，与中国勘察设计协会园林和景观分会、雄安设计中心以及三十余家央企保持长期协作。近三年公司业务版图覆盖浙江、江苏、上海、山东、湖北、河南、安徽、四川等十余个省份，参与了第十五届中国国际园林博览会温州园博园的设计联合体工作，并持续承接杭州西湖、西溪国家湿地公园、扬州瘦西湖万花园等大型公共景观项目。
设计成果与代表项目
建院七十余年来，公司累计完成中等规模以上园林景观与建筑设计三千余项，获得国际大奖四项、国家级奖项七十余项、省级奖项一百五十余项、市级奖项一百九十余项。代表项目跨越多个省份与多种类型：西湖系列包括阮公墩、望湖楼、虎跑改扩建、灵峰探梅、郭庄、柳浪闻莺、杨公堤、花港观鱼、浴鹄湾、三台山、茅家埠、龙井茶文化景区与灵隐景区综合整治；西溪国家湿地公园综合保护、半山公园、城西森林公园与太子湾公园整治；外埠项目包括昆明 ’99 世界园艺博览会源园、扬州蜀冈瘦西湖万花园、宁波梁祝文化公园、湖北黄冈东坡赤壁总体规划、山东菏泽赵王河公园、江苏淮安洪泽湖公园、河南南阳白河国家湿地公园等。

公司现有职工近三百人，其中正高级工程师十八人，高级工程师一百一十余人，各类注册工程师七十余人，业务骨干覆盖风景园林、建筑、结构、桥梁、电气、规划与文物保护等多个专业方向。公司总部位于浙江省杭州市，下设风景园林规划设计研究院、建筑设计院、生态环境集团及浙江汇泽工程设计有限公司，并在河北雄安新区设立分公司，长期承接政府投资工程、 EPC 总承包项目以及大型公共景观的国际竞赛。
Company History
Hangzhou Landscape Architecture Design Institute Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 300649) was founded in 1952 as one of the first Class-A landscape architecture design institutes in China. The predecessor unit carried out the rehabilitation of the Hangzhou West Lake scenic area from the 1980s onward, including the Ruanggong Mound, Wanghu Tower, Hupao Spring and Guo Zhuang Garden projects that supported the lake’s UNESCO World Heritage inscription. The firm completed its restructuring in 2001, converted to a private joint-stock company in 2011, and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on 5 May 2017 as the first A-share listed company in China with landscape architecture design as its main business.
Qualifications & Listing
The institute holds the Class-A qualification for landscape architecture engineering design, the Class-A qualification for building industry (architectural engineering), the Class-A qualification for urban-rural planning (territorial spatial planning), and Class-B qualifications for municipal works (drainage, road and bridge engineering), cultural relic protection surveying and design, and engineering consulting. It has been designated as one of the first batch of pilot units for full-process consulting and EPC contracting in Hangzhou. Recognitions include a Top-10 private surveying-and-design enterprise at the national level, an A-rated corporate social responsibility unit, and honors from the provincial and municipal surveying-and-design associations and from the UNESCO World Heritage work programme.
Business Portfolio
The core business covers landscape architecture design and EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contracting, extending to architectural design, municipal engineering, urban-rural planning and cultural-relic protection design. Subsidiaries include the Design Group, the Eco-Environment Group and Zhejiang Huize Engineering Design Co., Ltd. The head office is in Hangzhou, with a branch in the Xiongan New Area working alongside the China Engineering Consulting Association’s landscape branch and the Xiongan Design Center. In recent years the institute has worked on the joint design consortium for the 15th China International Garden Expo in Wenzhou and on continuous projects at West Lake, Xixi National Wetland Park and the Slender West Lake Wanyuan Garden in Yangzhou, covering more than ten provinces.
Notable Projects
Over more than seventy years the firm has delivered more than 3,000 landscape and architectural projects of medium scale or above, receiving 4 international awards, more than 70 national awards, more than 150 provincial awards and more than 190 municipal awards. The West Lake series covers Ruanggong Mound, Wanghu Tower, Hupao expansion, Lingfeng Plum Grove, Liulang Wenying, Yanggong Causeway, Huagang Guanyu, Yuhu Bay, Santai Hill, Maojiabu, Longjing Tea Cultural Scenic Area and Lingyin Scenic Area comprehensive rehabilitation. Beyond Hangzhou, representative projects include the ’99 Kunming International Horticulture Exposition Yuanyuan Garden, the Slender West Lake Wanyuan Garden in Yangzhou, Liangzhu Cultural Park in Ningbo, the Dongpo Chibi Master Plan in Huanggang, the Zhao Wang He Park in Heze, the Hongze Lake Park in Huai’an and the Baihe National Wetland Park in Nanyang.
Team & Scale
The institute employs nearly 300 staff, including 18 professor-level senior engineers, more than 110 senior engineers and more than 70 registered engineers across landscape architecture, architecture, structural engineering, bridge engineering, electrical engineering, urban planning and cultural-relic protection. The head office is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, with affiliated entities covering landscape design, architectural design, the eco-environment group and Zhejiang Huize Engineering Design, plus a branch in the Xiongan New Area for long-term government, EPC and international design-tender projects.
