罗森舒勒·施坦格（Rosenschule Stange）是德国北部石荷州（Schleswig-Holstein）一家专门经营月季（玫瑰）的家族苗圃，由迪特·施坦格（Dieter Stange）创立，至今已有约六十年栽培历史。最初以传统裸根月季起步，逐步扩展到容器月季、月季新种与稀有品种。

苗圃以自有电商网站 rosen-stange.de 为主要销售渠道，并参加德国及周边国家的园艺展销会。客户可通过网店下单，也可在苗圃参加的花园活动现场预订并现场取货。苗圃对老客户开放赊账，对新客户则要求预先付款或使用 PayPal 等线上付款方式。

网站另设”月季问答”专栏，提供德语园艺指南：选址（阳光、通风、深耕、富含腐殖质的土壤）、种植步骤（裸根苗浸泡 12 至 24 小时、嫁接点埋入土下 3 至 5 厘米、堆土 15 厘米防风干）、日常养护（沿根部浇水不喷叶面以防真菌病、避免新建小区被建筑机械压实的板结土）。苗圃强调”不要在超市买月季”，建议向专业月季苗圃或德国月季协会咨询后再下单。
日常订单与咨询可通过工作日电话及晚间接听时段联络，订单细节、品种咨询与现场取货协调均可由斯文·施坦格本人或家族成员处理。如需特殊品种，苗圃通常能在短期内组织货源。
园艺活动与对外联络
施坦格家族每年定期参加德国境内多个园艺展销活动，活动日程在网站”Veranstaltungskalender”页面按月公布。客户可在参展前联系苗圃预订想要的品种，由苗圃将选定月季带至展销现场交付。展销行程覆盖全年，但具体到访地点逐月调整。
作为家族式经营的月季专类苗圃，施坦格强调单一企业主责任、ADR 月季奖导向选品、与德国月季协会的长期协作关系，并通过现场展销提供面对面的种植与品种咨询。
History and Origins
Rosenschule Stange is a family-run rose (月季 / rose) nursery in the northern German state of Schleswig-Holstein, founded by Dieter Stange around sixty years ago. The nursery began as a traditional bare-root rose grower and gradually expanded into container roses, rose novelties, and rare varieties.
In 2001, Sven Stange took over the nursery from his father and began operating it under the name Rosenschule Stange, extending sales from a regional base to all of Germany and several European countries. The Stange family keeps production and office sites in Ellerhoop and Haselau, both near Hamburg in the Pinneberg district of Schleswig-Holstein, and has remained a single-proprietor (Einzelunternehmen) family business.
Sales Network and Order Channels
The main sales channel is the nursery’s own online shop at rosen-stange.de, supplemented by German and European horticultural fairs where customers can pre-order and collect on site. Established customers may pay on invoice, while new customers are asked to pay in advance by bank transfer or PayPal.
Alongside retail, the nursery supplies container and bare-root roses to wholesale customers in Germany and across the European Union. Shipping costs are calculated by weight or by piece and shown in the shopping cart at checkout. A minimum order value of EUR 24 applies, and orders above EUR 150 must be paid in advance.
Rose Range and Sources
The nursery currently lists more than 450 rose varieties, organised into eighteen categories: Hulthemia persica hybrids, bedding and patio roses, shrub roses, hybrid tea roses (Edelrosen), climbing roses, rambler roses, small shrub and ground-cover roses, dwarf and patio roses, English roses, rose-hip roses (ornamental bird-feeding shrubs), historic roses, Parfuma® fragrance roses, by colour, fragrant varieties, varieties with good leaf health, varieties for natural gardens and bee forage, and varieties for balconies and terraces.
Stock comes from several international breeders such as Kordes, Noack, the Parfuma® series, and English-style Austin roses. Bare-root roses are lifted and shipped from mid-October each year through to spring; container roses are shipped year-round. Selection follows guidance from the Verein Deutscher Rosenfreunde (German Rose Society) and the ADR rose label, which has marked varieties of strong leaf health and German-climate adaptability since 1980.
Planting Guidance and Customer Service
The website hosts a German-language “Rosen-Fragen” column covering site selection (sunny, airy, deeply loosened, humus-rich soil), planting steps (soak bare-root roses for 12 to 24 hours, set the graft union 3 to 5 cm below the soil, mound about 15 cm of soil to protect against drying), and ongoing care (water at the root rather than over the foliage to limit fungal infection, beware of compacted subsoil in new housing developments). The nursery advises against buying roses in supermarkets and recommends consulting a specialist rose nursery or the Verein Deutscher Rosenfreunde before ordering.
Day-to-day orders and enquiries can be made by phone during daytime hours and an evening window; order details, variety questions, and on-site collection arrangements are handled by Sven Stange or other family members. If a requested variety is not in the shop, the nursery can usually source it within a short time.
Horticultural Events and Public Engagement
The Stange family attends a number of German horticultural fairs each year, with the schedule posted on the website’s event calendar page by month. Customers can pre-order varieties in advance and collect them on site at the events the nursery visits, with the itinerary varying month by month throughout the year.
As a family rose nursery, the business centres on single-proprietor responsibility, ADR-labelled variety selection, long-standing collaboration with the German Rose Society, and face-to-face planting and variety consultation at fairs.
