Country Gardens & Greenhouse is a family-run greenhouse and landscape design studio founded in 2001 by Carmen Sim in the central Alberta town of Ponoka, Canada. Its tagline “…where friends and gardens grow together” frames gardening as a form of community connection. The business first concentrated on annuals, vegetables, hanging baskets and planters, then broadened its offering to perennials, trees and shrubs, and added landscape design to the portfolio after Carmen trained at Olds College.

The greenhouse produces annual flowers, vegetable starts, hanging baskets and combination planters, with a recognised specialisation in tomato baskets and floral hanging baskets under Proven Winners and Ball Floral breeding lines, alongside hardy zone-appropriate perennials, shrubs and trees. From 2019 the greenhouse shifted emphasis to wholesale and custom-order growing, supplying the pop-up greenhouse at Bashaw Farm Supplies, and pest populations are managed using beneficial insects rather than broad-spectrum spraying.
