学院概况
香港插花艺术学院（The Hong Kong Academy of Flower Arrangement Ltd.，简称 hkafa）由 Theresa Lam 于 1989 年在香港创立，是亚洲最早获得欧洲花艺认证体系授权的私立花艺教育机构之一。学院总部位于香港，以国际花艺大师 Per Benjamin（瑞典）领衔的 I.A.F. 国际花会课程体系为核心，同时引入英国 Jane Packer London 设计风格，将欧洲古典花艺、当代荷兰花艺与香港本地新派简约设计融为一体，并面向香港、内地及东南亚学生提供证书、文凭以及企业团体培训。
国际认证体系
学院自 2016 年起连续获得荷兰梵高博物馆（Van Gogh Museum Amsterdam）与海牙美术馆（KUNSTMUSEUM Den Haag）认证，并由 2002 年 World Cup 世界盃花艺冠军 Per Benjamin 担任独家课程顾问，所有证书与文凭均符合欧洲及国际水平。学生完成课程后可申请 Per Benjamin 与 I.A.F. 国际花会联合签发的欧洲花艺证书，亦可同步考取 Jane Packer London 风格的英伦花艺证书，认证体系覆盖 EFA 欧式花艺、FG 花束包装、JPPB 婚礼花球、DFA 当代荷兰花艺与 NUFLEUR 简约花艺等多个方向。
核心课程矩阵
学院把课程体系分为三个层次：入门级 EFA 欧式花艺设计为基础必修，进阶级 CPD 欧式初级花艺师基础文凭涵盖 EFA、FG、JPPB 三大证书共 48 款设计，专业级 FM 花店创业管理文凭由校长 Theresa Lam 亲授花艺商学、颜色学、定价学、品牌经营及进口花商运作体系。短期课程另设 1 堂、4 堂或 6 堂兴趣体验以及季节性工作坊，企业团体课程则按客户需求度身定制单元化培训、花艺讲座与商品形象顾问服务。
特色设计风潮
NUFLEUR 新派简约花艺由 hkafa 所属 I.A.F. 花艺师于 2000 年前后研发，强调以简练线条、非传统花材组合与建筑美学呼应室内设计潮流，是香港本地及国际学员热门必修之一。学院同时独家代理荷兰当代花艺（DFA）与英伦 Jane Packer London 风格两条欧洲主线，把抽象、自然、当代三大流派带到香港课堂，并通过国际花艺大师客座讲座与示范，拉近学生与欧洲花艺舞台的距离。

Academy Overview
The Hong Kong Academy of Flower Arrangement Ltd. (hkafa) was founded by Theresa Lam in 1989 in Hong Kong. It is one of the earliest private floral-arts schools in Asia to be authorized by European accreditation bodies. With headquarters in Hong Kong, the academy runs an International Academy of Floristry (I.A.F.) curriculum led by Swedish floral-design master Per Benjamin, while also incorporating the contemporary British style of Jane Packer London, training students from Hong Kong, mainland China and Southeast Asia.
International Accreditations
Since 2016, hkafa has received consecutive endorsements from the Van Gogh Museum Amsterdam and the KUNSTMUSEUM Den Haag. Per Benjamin, winner of the 2002 World Cup floral-design championship, serves as the academy’s exclusive course consultant, ensuring all certificates and diplomas meet European and international standards. Graduates may apply for Per Benjamin / I.A.F. accredited European certificates, and may also obtain Jane Packer London style British floral-arts certificates covering EFA, FG, JPPB, DFA and NUFLEUR streams.
Core Course Programmes
The academy organises its curriculum in three tiers. EFA European Floral Art provides foundational training in European design techniques. The CPD Foundation Diploma bundles EFA, FG and JPPB into 48 design styles across three certificates. The FM Florist Management Career Diploma, taught personally by principal Theresa Lam, covers color theory, pricing strategy, branding, importer operations and shop management. Short courses (1, 4 or 6 sessions), seasonal workshops and corporate group classes are also available.
Signature Design Styles
NUFLEUR, a contemporary minimalist floral aesthetic, was developed by I.A.F. designers at the academy around 2000 and emphasises clean lines, unconventional materials and architectural balance to complement modern interior design. The academy exclusively hosts two European mainlines: Dutch Contemporary Floral Art (DFA) and British Jane Packer London design. Visiting masters and live demonstrations connect students directly with the European floral-arts stage.
