施托克尔多年生植物苗圃（Stöcker Stauden）坐落在德国北莱茵-威斯特法伦州（Nordrhein-Westfalen）索斯特县（Kreis Soest）的埃尔维特（Erwitte）小镇，紧邻联邦公路 B1 在埃尔维特与巴特萨森多夫（Bad Sassendorf）之间的一段。从苗圃自己的介绍来看，这是 Beate Stöcker 经营的家族园艺企业，自产自销，主营多年生草本（Stauden）、玫瑰（Rosen）以及木本植物（Gehölze）三大类。苗圃的位置是其核心优势：威斯特法伦（Westfalen）腹地的多特蒙德、帕德博恩、蒙斯特三市到访都不算远，因此常被顾客当作一日游去处——既能买到合适的植物，又能在园子里慢慢逛一圈。

苗圃占地面积超过 30,000 平方米，相当于四个多标准足球场的面积。三块对外销售区各有侧重：Gärtnerei（草本苗圃区）面向零售顾客，集中展示多年生植物；Gartencenter（园艺中心区）把草本、玫瑰、灌木与小品摆在一起，方便家庭顾客一次买齐；Baumschule（苗圃区）则集中出产木本植物，包括乔木、灌木、绣球、丁香、紫薇、铁线莲等。园内设清晰的信息标牌，按高度、光照、用途为顾客导航。苗圃宣传语「Kaufen, wo es wächst」（在植物生长的地方购买）强调的就是自产植物的高占比——大部分在售植物都从自家苗床或温室直接出货。
多年生植物与玫瑰品类
苗圃经营约 1,000 种多年生植物（Stauden）和 200 余种玫瑰，是真正意义上的「在种类上做文章」。多年生部分按用途与生境划分，目录覆盖高山与石园植物（Bis 10 cm / Über 10 cm）、垫状植物（Bis 15 cm / Über 15 cm）、地被植物（Bis 20 cm / Über 20 cm）、花境与高株品种（Bis 50 cm / Über 50 cm / Bis 80 cm / Über 80 cm）、切花与观赏品种、玫瑰伴侣植物、阴生植物（含玉簪、蕨类、岩白菜 Bergenia）、观赏草（Bis 40 cm / 40–80 cm / 80–120 cm / 120–160 cm / Über 160 cm）、水生植物（按水深 10 / 40 / 70 cm 分级）、昆虫友好品种、香草与可食用浆果、特殊用途（孤植、灌木下配植、农家花园、屋顶花园、芳香、墓地、修复用）等十几个大类。玫瑰部分则涵盖地被与微型玫瑰、英式玫瑰、灌木与攀缘玫瑰、蔓生玫瑰（Rambler）、花境与矮丛玫瑰、怀旧与古老玫瑰几大类，主要委托德系育种商生产。容器规格以 9 cm 和 12 cm 营养钵为主，1.3 至 7.5 升的大容器用于木本与高株。
批发、教学与定制配套
苗圃同时提供批发业务（Grosshandel），主要面向区域内的园林景观公司和市政采购。批发客户可享受 9 cm、12 cm 营养钵和 1.3 至 7.5 升容器等几乎 1,000 种规格的多样产品，加上 200 多种玫瑰，可提前电邮预订、持个性化客户卡直接采购或经网店下单。零售层面则提供三类配套服务：花境规划（Beetplanung）按朝向、土壤、色彩、花期给出搭配建议与平面草图，需要顾客提供宅基照片、尺寸、朝向和偏好；容器与花箱定制（Bepflanzung）按节令搭配好陶罐、花箱与小型木本，仅接受预订；本地配送（Lieferservice）覆盖苗圃周围约 50 公里，超出范围需另议，按里程计价，常规为「送达路边」（frei Bordsteinkante），如需送入花园或阳台另收附加费。苗圃常年举办 Gartentipps（园艺技巧）、Gartenkalender（园艺月历）和视频内容，按月份罗列修剪、施肥、换盆、越冬等家庭园艺实操。
开放时间与季节活动
私人销售与批发营业时间分开执行。私人零售季节性很强：12 月 16 日至次年 2 月 21 日闭园休息；2 月 23 日至 3 月 1 日恢复周一至周五 9:00–17:00、周六 9:00–13:00；3 月 2 日至 3 月 29 日调整为周一至周五 9:00–18:00、周六 9:00–14:00；3 月 30 日至 11 月 1 日为旺季，周一至周五 9:00–18:00、周六 9:00–16:00、周日与节庆日 11:00–16:00（复活节、圣灵降临节闭园）；11 月 2 日至 12 月 19 日回落到周一至周五 9:00–17:00、周六 9:00–13:00。苗圃每年围绕时令主题举办数次专题活动周，例如 2026 年 4 月 25–26 日举办的 Kräuterfest（香草节），集中展示可食用与香草品种、组合盆栽与新优品种。苗圃现场自 2025 年起暂停携犬入园——公告说明因园内饲养的「Gärtnerei-Katze」（苗圃猫）与犬只曾发生事故，因此不再允许顾客带狗进入；导盲与辅助犬按通常做法不受此限。
History and Origins
Stöcker Stauden is a family perennial nursery run by Beate Stöcker in Erwitte, a small town in the Kreis Soest district of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The nursery sits along the federal road B1 between Erwitte and Bad Sassendorf. Customers from Dortmund, Paderborn and Münster all reach the site within a reasonable drive, and many treat the visit as a day trip: a slow stroll around the display beds before loading the car with plants.
Sites and Scale
The nursery covers more than 30,000 square metres. Three retail areas share the work. The Gärtnerei focuses on herbaceous perennials; the Gartencenter combines perennials, roses and shrubs so that household gardeners can shop in one place; the Baumschule grows the woody plants — ornamental trees, shrubs, Hydrangea, Syringa, Lagerstroemia, Clematis and others. Information signs throughout the site sort the stock by height, light and use, so visitors can quickly find what fits their conditions. The slogan «Kaufen, wo es wächst» — buying where it grows — points to the nursery’s biggest selling point: most plants in the shop come straight from the family’s own production.
Range of Perennials and Roses
The nursery lists around 1,000 perennial varieties and more than 200 rose cultivars. Perennials are grouped by use and habitat. The catalogue covers alpine and rock-garden plants, cushion plants, ground-cover plants, border and tall perennials, cut-flower and show varieties, rose companions, shade plants including Hosta, ferns and Bergenia, ornamental grasses by five height bands, aquatic plants by three water-depth bands, insect-friendly varieties, herbs and edible berries, and special-purpose groups for single plantings, under-shrub use, cottage gardens, green roofs, fragrant plants, cemetery work and phytoremediation. Roses span ground-cover and miniature types, shrub and climbing roses, ramblers, border and dwarf varieties, and nostalgic and historic cultivars, mostly produced for German breeders. Plants leave the nursery in 9 cm or 12 cm pots, with 1.3 to 7.5 litre containers reserved for woody and taller subjects.
Wholesale, Advice and Custom Work
Stöcker Stauden also runs a wholesale programme for regional landscape firms and municipal buyers. Wholesale customers can order almost 1,000 perennial sizes and over 200 rose varieties in 9 cm, 12 cm and 1.3 to 7.5 litre containers, with three ordering paths: e-mail pre-orders, personalised customer cards for direct purchases, and an online shop still being rolled out. Three advisory services are offered to retail customers. Beetplanung — bed planning — combines photos and dimensions from the customer with the nursery’s plant knowledge to suggest combinations of form, colour, structure, site and flowering time, and returns a hand-drawn sketch. Gefäßbepflanzung — container planting — pre-plants terracotta pots, balcony boxes and tub gardens with seasonal or classical combinations, on a pre-order basis only. Lieferservice delivers within roughly 50 km of Erwitte, charged per kilometre, normally «free kerbside», with an extra fee for carrying plants into the garden or up to a balcony. The nursery also publishes Gartentipps, a monthly Gartenkalender and short videos covering pruning, feeding, repotting and winter care.
Opening Hours and Events
Retail and wholesale opening hours differ. The retail site is closed from 16 December to 21 February. From late February to early March it opens Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00 and Saturday 09:00–13:00. Through March the hours widen slightly to 09:00–18:00 weekdays and 09:00–14:00 Saturdays. The high season runs from late March to the start of November with weekday hours of 09:00–18:00, Saturdays 09:00–16:00, and Sundays and public holidays 11:00–16:00, except at Easter and Whitsun when the nursery stays closed. The quieter winter season then runs to mid-December with 09:00–17:00 weekdays and 09:00–13:00 Saturdays. Each year the nursery holds several themed weeks around the seasons; for 2026 a Kräuterfest, or herb festival, is scheduled for 25–26 April with edible and aromatic herbs, mixed containers and new cultivars. Since 2025 the nursery no longer accepts dogs into the display areas after an incident involving the resident nursery cat, with guide and assistance dogs continuing to be welcome in the usual way.
