Bonsai Outlet 拥有马萨诸塞州 8 栋温室，面积可观，容纳数千棵盆景、半成品盆景、盆器、工具、土壤及专业配件。机构本身并非单纯的线上店铺，而是一座真实的运营苗圃——每天进行浇水、修剪、换盆、造型、指导、包装和客户服务工作。30 年的自有苗圃历史，为客户提供真正来自苗圃的实践经验，而非中间商的二手知识。

The origin of Bonsai Outlet traces back to a birthday gift bonsai and the many questions that came with it—how to care for it, prune it, and make it flourish. These beginner concerns shaped the company’s mission: make bonsai easier to understand, shop for, and enjoy. Over three decades of experience, community building, and strategic acquisitions, Bonsai Outlet grew into a comprehensive platform offering thousands of bonsai, tools, soils, and expert knowledge. The merger with New England Bonsai Gardens in early 2026 brought the two stories together under one brand, one team, and one simplified customer experience.
Greenhouse & Scale
The Massachusetts nursery houses 8 greenhouses containing thousands of bonsai, pre-bonsai, pots, tools, soils, and expert supplies. Unlike a typical online store that ships from a warehouse, Bonsai Outlet is a working nursery where daily tasks include watering, pruning, repotting, styling, teaching, packing, and hands-on customer service. With 30 years of family-owned nursery experience, every product sold and every piece of advice given comes directly from first-hand cultivation knowledge.
Florida Operations
A dedicated tropical growing and shipping operation in Florida ensures year-round access to warm-climate bonsai trees for customers nationwide. This allows the nursery to serve customers even during northern winters, overcoming the geographic limitations that typically restrict tropical bonsai availability in colder regions.
Professional Services
Bonsai Outlet offers a full range of professional services including workshops, private sessions, tree sitting and boarding, a-la-carte services (pruning, styling, repotting, pest management), and corporate team-building events. The Bonsai Basics All-Inclusive Workshop costs $85 and is designed for complete beginners. The Bonsai Basics II: Styling & Design workshop costs $45 for those ready to refine their technique.
