邦克实生苗圃最早是 1887 年由 Karl Piening 创立的苗圃，到今天已经有 130 多年的种苗生产历史。现任掌门人是 Sönke Bunk e.K.，苗圃总部在德国石勒苏益格-荷尔斯泰因州的 Elmshorn，三公顷种植地上常驻五位固定员工：两位师傅、一位园艺助手、一位园林景观工、一位熟手工人。规模不大，但分工细，每一块地、每一批苗都跟得过来。

实生育苗主打窄而专

苗圃的主打业务是实生繁殖的乔木幼苗，也就是从种子直接播种养出来的实生苗，主力产品装在 9 厘米口径的营养钵里。和扦插、组培出来的苗相比，实生苗根系扎实、抗寒性强、病害少，长期看苗子在地里更稳。这条产品线包含本土野生灌木、稀有品种和特色乔木，是苗圃立身之本。露天部分还专门做杨树和柳树的实生育苗，给林带、苗圃和能源林这些领域供应。

自研种子加工和代育苗服务

种子这一关苗圃自己干，从采购、清洗、催芽到播种都用自己改造的小型设备完成。代育苗（Lohnanzucht）是另一条主要业务，客户给出树种和数量，苗圃按单育苗，可以装 9 厘米钵，也可以下地露天养。生长过程中苗圃会定期给客户发照片通报进展，最后送到客户手里的就是已经扎根的活苗。这种按单定制让苗圃和苗圃、苗圃和园林公司之间能稳定供货，不受现货库存影响。

只做批发，欧洲顺带出口

苗圃面向的客户是园艺中心、批发商和再分销商，不直接面向私人家庭。客户下单没有最低起订量，包装走包裹或拼箱托运，发货覆盖整个欧洲。网站上把发货方式、退货条件、销售条款都列得清楚，采购方下单前可以自行核对。这种做法让小批量订单也能走批发流程，对中小型苗圃和园林承包商比较友好。

行业协会与苗木出口资质

A Family Nursery Now in Its Sixth Generation

Bunk Pflanzen traces back to 1887, when Karl Piening founded a nursery that has now run for more than 130 years. The current owner is Sönke Bunk, who operates the business as Sönke Bunk e.K. The nursery sits in Elmshorn in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein, working three hectares of cultivation land with a permanent team of five: two master gardeners, one trained horticultural assistant, one landscape gardener, and one long-serving general worker. The size is modest, but the division of labour is precise, so every bed and every batch can be followed through.

Seed Propagation as the Mainstay

The mainstay of the business is seed-propagated woody seedlings — young plants raised directly from seed, mostly grown on in 9 cm pots. Compared with cuttings or tissue culture, seedlings develop stronger root systems, handle cold better, and suffer fewer disease problems, so they hold their own in the field over the long term. The range runs across native wild shrubs, rare shrubs, and unusual woody plants, with a field-grown line in poplars and willows from seed, serving shelter belts, forestry plantings, and short-rotation energy wood.

In-House Seed Processing and Contract Growing

Seed handling is done in-house: procurement, cleaning, pre-treatment, and sowing all go through small machines that the nursery has adapted itself. Contract propagation (Lohnanzucht) is the other main line. A customer specifies the species and quantity, and the nursery raises the batch, either in 9 cm pots or in open ground. Customers receive regular photo updates on the crop as it grows, and what finally arrives is rooted stock, ready to plant. The model keeps supply stable between growers, retailers, and landscape contractors without depending on spot stock.

Wholesale Only, with European Shipping

Customers are garden centres, wholesalers, and resellers, not private households. There is no minimum order quantity. Shipping goes by parcel or by palletised freight, and the nursery delivers across Europe. The site lists shipping terms, return conditions, and sale criteria clearly so that buyers can check them before ordering. This setup lets even small orders run through the wholesale channel, which suits small nurseries and landscape contractors.

Industry Association and Export Credentials

The nursery is a member of the German Nurserystock Association BdB (Bund deutscher Baumschulen) and holds an EG plant passport (EG-Pflanzenpass) that permits plant trade within the European Union. Partner organisations listed on the site include the International Plant Propagators’ Society (IPPS), Humboldt University of Berlin, the Bavarian State Institute for Viticulture and Horticulture, the Schleswig-Holstein Chamber of Agriculture, and a number of other German wholesale and forestry nurseries.
