Founded on February 15, 1951, the company is capitalized at 360 million yen and led by President and CEO Takumi Ogawa. The company operates across five service stages: research and consulting, planning and design, construction management, sustainability and maintenance, and management and operation (PPP). Representative Projects and Track Record

Seibu Landscape was an early participant in Japan’s 2003 designated administrator system and has been managing national and metropolitan parks since 2005, making it one of the most experienced public-park operators in the country. Flagship sites include Showa Kinen National Garden, Tokyo Metropolitan Meiji Park, Nogawa Park, Musashino Park, and major Hiroshima city parks. The group also engages in Park-PFI public-private partnerships, with subsidiary Yokohama Ryokuchi handling Yokohama Shimizugaoka Park and similar municipal sports and recreation facilities.
