Each garden entry is hyperlinked to relevant garden design and landscape architecture history.
The database includes: online books, designer biographies, a directory of garden and landscape designers, a glossary of garden and landscape terms, a design product finder, and extensive articles on the history, theory and design methods of garden design and landscape architecture professions. In March 2008, a system was introduced allowing garden managers to update opening times and supply additional information.
