The couple sold their own home to fund the business and lived above the warehouse in those early days, picking stems at the flower market at 3am and wrapping bouquets until 7pm. Today the company runs studios in three Australian cities — Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane — with the Sydney branch operating independently from 2015 onward.

Florists there source fresh stems from the Sydney Flower Market each morning, arrange every bouquet by hand, and hand-deliver it themselves to the recipient’s door.
