上海园林（集团）有限公司是 1992 年成立的大型国有园林企业，总部位于上海市长宁区，隶属于上海建工集团，是集团旗下专业从事园林绿化规划设计、施工、养护以及花卉苗木生产经营、生态景点旅游等业务的综合性企业。公司业务范围涵盖园林绿化、设计、施工、养护和管理、古建筑等 22 项内容，持有城市园林绿化一级资质，以及甲级风景园林设计、甲级建筑设计、甲级城市规划等多项高级别资质，长期处于国内园林行业的第一梯队。
资质与业务领域
集团围绕园林主业搭建了五大业务板块：规划设计、工程建设、运营管理、生态修复、花木产业。规划设计板块下设城市规划设计、风景园林设计、建筑设计与工程咨询四条专业线，分别承担城市绿地系统、风景名胜区、大型公共建筑以及工程项目全过程咨询任务。工程建设板块涵盖主题乐园、城市绿地、住宅景观、商业景观、中式古典园林、道路景观、专业园与特色小镇等方向，已形成从方案设计到施工落地的完整产业链。
代表工程与海外项目
集团抓住上海城市生态环境建设的机遇，先后完成延中绿地、世纪公园、太平桥绿地、东方绿舟、滨江森林公园、炮台湾湿地公园等重大园林工程，并承建了世博公园、后滩公园、辰山植物园、顾村公园以及上海迪士尼度假区等建设任务，为上海城市生态环境做出了重要贡献。公司立足上海、辐射全国，承接了北京、大连、杭州、青岛、西安、台湾、香港等三十多个城市和地区的园林精品工程；并积极实施”走出去”战略，先后在德国、荷兰、澳大利亚、俄罗斯、加拿大、法国等二十多个国家建造中国古典园林，与比利时天堂公园已合作至第十二轮。
生态修复与科技创新
集团在土壤修复与水环境治理方向投入多年，建成了中国目前唯一的种植土机械生产流水线，并于 2017 年与英国洛尔集团（RAW GLOBAL）合作成立上海琸域环境工程有限公司，业务涵盖土壤修复、种植土生产与水环境修复。科技创新方面，集团是中国首家拥有通过省市级认定的企业技术中心的园林企业，下设园林规划设计、生态绿化建设、园林景观工程三个研究室，2015 年成立工程研究院，并与上海交通大学共建”风景园林联合研究中心”、设立”上海风景园林发展基金”，集团及下属公司中已有五家企业获评高新技术企业。

About the Group
Shanghai Gardens Group Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Yuanlin (Group) Co., Ltd.) is a large state-owned landscape enterprise founded in 1992 and headquartered in Shanghai. It sits within the Shanghai Construction Engineering (SCG) group and operates as an integrated company covering landscape planning and design, construction, maintenance, ornamental plant production, and eco-tourism. The group holds a Class-A urban greening qualification together with Class-A landscape architecture, architecture and urban planning design qualifications, and its registered business covers twenty-two categories including greening, design, construction, maintenance and the conservation of historic buildings.
Qualifications and Business Areas
The group runs five business divisions: Planning and Design, Engineering Construction, Operations Management, Ecological Restoration, and Ornamental Horticulture. The planning and design division is split into urban planning, landscape architecture, architectural design and engineering consultancy. The construction division covers themed parks, urban green spaces, residential landscapes, commercial landscapes, traditional Chinese gardens, road corridors, specialised gardens and characteristic towns, providing a complete chain from concept design through to on-site delivery.
Flagship Projects at Home and Abroad
Within Shanghai the group has built Yanzhong Greenbelt, Century Park, Taipingqiao Greenbelt, Oriental Green Land, Binjiang Forest Park and Paotaiwan Wetland Park, and has taken on the Expo Park, Houtan Park, Chenshan Botanical Garden, Gucun Park and the Shanghai Disney Resort. Beyond Shanghai it has delivered projects across more than thirty cities and regions including Beijing, Dalian, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Xi’an, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Overseas it has built classical Chinese gardens in more than twenty countries such as Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, Russia, Canada and France, and has collaborated with Pairi Daiza in Belgium through twelve successive project phases.
Ecological Restoration and R&D
In ecological restoration the group operates China’s only mechanised production line for manufactured planting soil, and in 2017 set up Shanghai Zhuoyu Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. together with RAW GLOBAL of the United Kingdom to focus on soil remediation, manufactured soil and water-environment rehabilitation. On the research side, the group was the first Chinese landscape company to be certified at provincial level for a corporate technology centre. It runs three specialised research studios, founded an Engineering Research Institute in December 2015, and jointly established the Landscape Architecture Joint Research Center and the Shanghai Landscape Architecture Development Fund with Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Five of its subsidiaries have been recognised as High and New Technology Enterprises.
Awards and Parent Group Affiliation
The group and its works have received major industry honours including the National May 1st Labour Certificate, the National Advanced Greening Collective, the Shanghai Gold Cup Company award, IFLA awards, the Luban Prize, the Jeme Tien Yow Civil Engineering Prize, the China Municipal Engineering Gold Award and the Shanghai Magnolia Award. As part of the Shanghai Construction Engineering group it works alongside the Shanghai Landscape Architecture Design Research Institute, Shanghai Landscape Engineering Co., Shanghai Landscape Greening Construction Co., Shanghai Zhuoyu Environmental Engineering Co., Shanghai Huamu Co., and Shanghai Xin Yuanlin Industrial Development Co., forming a complete landscape industry chain.
