广东如春生态集团始创于1997年, 总部位于广州市黄埔区科学城, 业务以生态林业为核心, 生态修复和生态园林为两翼。集团创始人、董事长陈振雄毕业于中南林业科技大学, 早年曾在省级林业部门任职, 之后长期从事房地产景观、市政园林景观、高速公路景观、林业和边坡生态防护等工作。二十多年下来, 集团把投资孵化、研发咨询、规划设计、施工监理养护和项目运营支撑串成了一条完整的服务链, 从调查咨询到工程施工都能自行承接。集团现持有林业调查规划设计甲级和风景园林工程设计专项甲级两项资质, 是国内唯一一家同时拥有这两个甲级资质的民营企业。
主营业务
集团业务分生态林业、生态修复、生态园林三块。生态林业是主业, 从咨询、规划、设计做到施工和后期管护; 生态修复做了十多年, 技术体系覆盖红树林湿地、海洋海岸带、矿山和边坡等场景, 至今完成生态修复与环境治理工程400余项, 修复面积超过50万亩; 生态园林主要承接市政工程、高速公路绿化和城市生态空间项目, 把两项甲级设计资质直接用在方案和落地环节。业务分布上, 集团的项目已铺到23个省份、70个城市、300个县区。
资质与科研
除两项甲级资质外, 集团还持有造林绿化施工乙级、城乡规划编制乙级、测绘乙级、古建筑工程专业承包三级和林业有害生物防治丙级等资质。2021年, 集团被广东省科学技术厅认定为广东省边坡生态修复与综合利用工程技术研究中心。科研上, 集团主张”以产养研、以研促产”, 累计取得国家授权专利50多项, 参与行业标准制定4项, 并牵头或参与编制《历史遗留废弃矿山生态修复技术规范》《公路绿化技术指南》等行业标准与《华南地区采石场矿山综合生态修复技术》《广州市南沙开发区采石场复绿工程技术规范》等技术规范。在研课题包括《高盐度高潮滩红树林生态修复关键技术研究》《羊蹄甲属新优植物选育与应用》等。产学研合作对象有华中农业大学、中南林业科技大学、广东生态工程职业学院和广东省林业科学研究院。
发展历程
1997年广东如春园林工程有限公司成立, 2000年取得城市园林绿化二级资质, 2002年、2003年先后设立惠州和深圳分公司, 2006年获古建筑施工承包三级资质并首次通过高新技术企业认定, 2008年设立武汉分公司, 2014年设立福建分公司并把总部迁到广州市黄埔区科学城, 2015年完成”如春”商标注册, 2016年获林业调查规划设计乙级资质, 2017年与华中农业大学共建如春生态研究院并再次通过高新技术企业认定, 2018年成立如春生态集团、完成股份制改造, 2019年获”广东省林业龙头企业”称号, 2020年获林业调查规划设计甲级资质, 同时设立汕尾和江西分公司, 2022年获造林绿化施工乙级和乙级测绘资质, 2023年获风景园林工程设计专项甲级资质, 2024年获广东省城乡规划编制乙级资质, 并确定”一体两翼三抓手”的战略布局。

集团先后获评国家高新技术企业、广东省林业龙头企业、广东省科技专家工作站、广东省创新型中小企业、广州市科技创新小巨人企业和广东省诚信经营企业。项目层面, 惠州香山美墅项目获2023年度广东省风景园林与生态景观协会科学技术奖园林工程(施工类)银奖, 集团另获广东省林学会南粤林业科学技术奖二等奖和广东省农业技术推广奖二等奖。集团建有华中农业大学如春生态研究院、广东生态工程职业学院博士工作站和华中农业大学大学生社会实践基地, 并在惠州、深圳、武汉、福建、汕尾、江西、海南等地设有分公司。近年承接的工程包括海丰县红树林营造及修复项目(梅陇片区)和深圳机场湿地修复工程。据集团统计, 累计落地项目2000余项, 服务客户1000余家, 专业技术人员200余人。
Group Overview
Guangdong Ruchun Ecological Group was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in the Science City area of Huangpu District, Guangzhou. Its business is built around ecological forestry as the core, with ecological restoration and ecological landscaping as the two wings. The group’s founder and chairman, Chen Zhenxiong, graduated from Central South University of Forestry and Technology and worked at a provincial forestry department before spending his career in property landscaping, municipal landscape projects, expressway landscaping, forestry and slope ecological protection. Over more than two decades the group has linked investment incubation, research and consulting, planning and design, construction supervision and maintenance, and project operation support into a single service chain, so it can take a project from survey and consulting through to construction on its own. It holds both the Class A forestry survey and planning design qualification and the Class A landscape architecture engineering design qualification, and is the only private company in China to hold both.
Core Business Lines
The group works in three areas: ecological forestry, ecological restoration and ecological landscaping. Ecological forestry is the main line, covering consulting, planning, design, construction and later maintenance. Ecological restoration has been running for more than a decade, with technical systems covering mangrove wetlands, marine and coastal zones, mines and slopes; the group has completed over 400 ecological restoration and environmental treatment projects and restored more than 33,000 hectares. Ecological landscaping mainly takes on municipal works, expressway planting and urban ecological space projects, applying the two Class A design qualifications directly in design and delivery. Projects are spread across 23 provinces, 70 cities and 300 counties and districts.
Qualifications and Research
Beyond the two Class A qualifications, the group holds Class B qualifications for afforestation construction, urban and rural planning, and surveying and mapping, plus a Grade 3 speciality contracting certificate for historic building works and a Class C certificate for forestry pest control. In 2021 the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology designated it as the Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Centre for Slope Ecological Restoration and Comprehensive Utilisation. On research, the group works on the principle of funding research from production and feeding production from research. It has obtained more than 50 state-authorised patents and taken part in drafting four industry standards, leading or joining the drafting of the Technical Specification for Ecological Restoration of Abandoned Historical Mines and the Technical Guide for Highway Greening, as well as the technical specifications for comprehensive ecological restoration of quarries in South China and for revegetation engineering at quarries in the Nansha development zone of Guangzhou. Current research topics include key technologies for restoring mangroves on high-salinity upper tidal flats and the selection and application of new Bauhinia cultivars. Academic partners include Huazhong Agricultural University, Central South University of Forestry and Technology, Guangdong Eco-Engineering Polytechnic and the Guangdong Academy of Forestry.
Development Timeline
Guangdong Ruchun Landscape Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in 1997. It obtained the Grade 2 urban landscaping qualification in 2000, opened Huizhou and Shenzhen branches in 2002 and 2003, gained a Grade 3 historic building construction certificate and was first recognised as a high-tech enterprise in 2006, opened a Wuhan branch in 2008, opened a Fujian branch in 2014 and moved its head office to the Science City area of Huangpu District, Guangzhou, registered the “Ruchun” trademark in 2015, obtained a Class B forestry survey and planning design qualification in 2016, jointly built the Ruchun Ecological Research Institute with Huazhong Agricultural University and was again recognised as a high-tech enterprise in 2017, formed the Ruchun Ecological Group and completed its shareholding reform in 2018, was named a Guangdong Provincial Forestry Leading Enterprise in 2019, obtained the Class A forestry survey and planning design qualification and opened Shanwei and Jiangxi branches in 2020, added Class B afforestation construction and Class B surveying and mapping qualifications in 2022, obtained the Class A landscape architecture engineering design qualification in 2023, and in 2024 obtained a Class B urban and rural planning qualification from Guangdong Province and settled on a strategy described as “one core, two wings and three levers”.
Recognition and Industry Standing
The group has been recognised as a national high-tech enterprise and a Guangdong Provincial Forestry Leading Enterprise, and holds designations including Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Expert Workstation, Guangdong Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise, Guangzhou Science and Technology Innovation Little Giant Enterprise and Guangdong Honest Business Enterprise. On the project side, the Huizhou Xiangshan Meishu residential scheme won a Silver Award in the landscape engineering (construction) category of the 2023 Science and Technology Awards of the Guangdong Landscape Architecture and Ecological Landscape Association, and the group also received a second prize in the Guangdong Forestry Society’s Nanyue Forestry Science and Technology Awards and a second prize in the Guangdong Agricultural Technology Promotion Awards. It hosts the Huazhong Agricultural University Ruchun Ecological Research Institute, a doctoral work station with Guangdong Eco-Engineering Polytechnic and a Huazhong Agricultural University student social practice base, and runs branches in Huizhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Fujian, Shanwei, Jiangxi and Hainan. Recent contracts include the mangrove creation and restoration project in Haifeng County (Meilong area) and the Shenzhen Airport wetland restoration project. By the group’s own count it has delivered more than 2,000 projects, served more than 1,000 clients and employs more than 200 technical staff.
