平台定位与发展脉络
中国智慧园林网于 2013 年 4 月上线，由东方智慧城市（北京）科技有限公司运营，定位为开发「智慧园林大数据管理平台」和物联网智能控制器。十多年来持续为政府园林养护部门提供数字化监管服务，2018 年起业务延伸到养护企业。
主营业务与服务体系
平台业务包含四大板块：面向甲方的数字化考核系统、面向养护企业的运营管理系统、面向公园景区和物业园区的综合管理工具，以及面向市民业主的免费服务。物联网模块提供智慧灌溉、墒情采集、微环境监测、车辆、人员、机械设备的定位和远程智能控制。
三大免费园林管理工具
自 2021 年起，平台陆续推出三款免费工具：「撼林院」园林养护支持系统（电脑端 han.ihanlinyuan.com）、「绿化养护指引」（汇集全国大部分地区月历重点和法律规定）和「病虫害监测系统」（电脑端 zhibao.zhihuigongyuan.com）。关注公众号即可使用。
服务对象与项目落地
项目涵盖地级市、区县、公园景区、物业园区、国营及民营中大型养护企业等多种类型，服务内容包括创园配合、监管考核、运营咨询、管理数字化转型、定制化开发等。随着大城管改革，公司又开发了智慧路长平台和市政精细化管理平台。
服务模式与核心理念
平台提供陪跑服务、标准服务和定制服务三种模式。团队从事园林养护系统服务十年以上，没有任何园林行业背景，能用客观视角帮用户分析问题。商务合作方面，总部负责技术开发，合作服务商负责区域销售与线下服务。
Platform Position and Development
China Smart Landscape Network was launched in April 2013 by Oriental Smart City (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. as the developer of the proprietary Smart Landscape Big-Data Management Platform and IoT controllers. After a decade of government-facing digital supervision work, the platform extended its scope to landscape maintenance enterprises in 2018.
Core Services and Business Lines
Four service lines cover the full landscape-management chain: digital evaluation systems for property owners (client-side audit), operation-management systems for maintenance enterprises, integrated management tools for parks and property compounds, and free public services for residents and owners’ committees. The IoT layer handles smart irrigation, soil-moisture sensing, microclimate monitoring, GPS-based tracking of vehicles, staff and machines, and remote equipment control.
Three Free Garden-Management Tools
Since 2021 the platform has released three free tools: the Hanlinyuan Landscape Maintenance Support System (han.ihanlinyuan.com), the Greening-Maintenance Guidelines system (month-by-month calendars and regulations for most of China), and the Pest and Disease Monitoring System (zhibao.zhihuigongyuan.com). All three are accessible after following the official WeChat account.
Customers and Project Footprint
Projects span prefecture-level cities, districts and counties, parks, scenic areas, property compounds, and state-owned or private mid-to-large maintenance enterprises. Service scope covers garden-creation assistance, supervision and assessment, operation consulting, digital transformation and custom development. Alongside the big-city-management reform the company has also built smart road-chief platforms and refined municipal-management platforms.
Service Models and Operating Philosophy
Three service models are offered: full-cycle accompanied services (running alongside the client long-term), standard software products and custom development. The team has worked on landscape-maintenance systems for over ten years and comes from outside the landscape industry, which the company says gives it an objective view for problem analysis and multi-dimensional solutions.
