店铺历史与品牌沿革
芝蘭鲜花礼品店（Gylan Florist）创立于1981年，1995年成立电子网际网路花坊，是台北历史悠久的花艺老店之一。店铺位于台北市大安区和平东路3段，是台北和平店的核心据点，跨入线上订花服务领域后提供全天候全台送花服务。自创立以来，芝蘭始终坚持”优良的品質及合理的價格”理念，以诚心诚意的服务与精心的花艺设计赢得顾客长期信赖，承接生日、纪念日、婚庆、丧礼、开业、乔迁等各类情境的花礼订制。
花礼产品与主要服务
店内常备产品涵盖情人花束、典礼花束、送礼万用花束、高架花篮（喜篮/白篮）、盆景、高雅兰花、开运竹、桌上型小盆花、多肉植物以及各式花瓶。古典流沙玫瑰花束（编号037）、气质花篮、进口粉色系玫瑰40枝（编号019）、文青向日葵花束（编号042）等都是热门畅销款。婚庆系列提供礼堂设计、教堂布置、新娘与伴娘捧花、礼车花饰、新娘化妆、发型、礼服整体搭配及整体会场设计一站式服务。
订购方式与配送说明
顾客可透过线上订购、电话订购、传真订购三种管道下单。结帐方式包含ATM转帐、银行汇款、传真刷卡、货到付款及公司月结（仅限配合厂商）。星期六、日照常配送，订单请于前一个非假日下午截止时间前完成订购与付款，紧急送花需求可透过电话洽询。
赠花礼仪与花语资源
芝蘭长期整理华人社会常用的赠花礼仪词条，依据不同场景区分用词：开幕常用”骏业崇隆、大展鸿图”，生子用”弄璋誌喜、天赐石麟”，新婚用”天作之合、永浴爱河”，丧礼用”大雅云亡、驾返瑶池”等。店家亦提供数字花语、星座花语、诞生花语等花语查询资源，协助顾客在不同节庆与场合选送合宜的花礼。
History and Brand Development
Gylan Florist was established in 1981 in Taipei’s Da’an District, making it one of the long-standing floral design houses in the city. In 1995 the shop launched its online flower shop, extending its services to a 24-hour island-wide delivery network across Taiwan. The Heping Store has since become a central hub serving customers throughout the country for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, funerals, business openings, and housewarmings.

The product line covers romantic bouquets, ceremonial bouquets, all-purpose gift bouquets, tall standing baskets in both celebratory and condolory styles, bonsai, premium orchids, lucky bamboo, small table potted plants, succulents, and a selection of vases. Ordering and Delivery
Customers can order through the online shop, by phone, or by fax. Payment options include ATM transfer, bank remittance, fax credit-card payment, cash on delivery, and monthly corporate billing (limited to partner companies). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available year-round, with orders and payments due by the deadline on the preceding non-holiday day; urgent requests can be arranged by phone.
