北京北林地景园林规划设计院有限责任公司是国内规模较大的风景园林规划设计机构之一, 隶属于特大型央企中国交通建设集团有限公司 (简称中交集团) 旗下中国城乡控股集团, 是中交集团落实国有资本投资公司试点工作的重要组成单位, 在海南、贵州等地设有分支机构。
历史沿革与核心团队
企业前身为北京林业大学园林规划建筑设计院, 经过多年积淀, 已形成二百多人组成的规划设计队伍, 涵盖园林、规划、生态、建筑、结构、电气、经济等多专业方向, 核心团队包括教授级高级工程师李雷 (书记、董事长)、徐波 (董事、总规划师)、许健宇 (院长)、郭竹梅 (副院长)、孔宪琨 (副书记、副院长) 等, 并设立海南分院、贵州分院、刘东云工作室等内设机构。

机构经中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部核准为国内首批风景园林工程设计甲级设计院, 通过 ISO9001 质量管理体系认证, 同时承接城乡生态环境北京实验室 (北京市教委) 与国家林草局风景园林工程技术研究中心相关研究工作, 并在中国勘察设计协会风景园林与生态环境分会、北京园林学会、中国风景园林学会规划设计分会、《风景园林》《中国园林》《北京规划建设》等行业组织与刊物担任会长、副会长、常务理事、副理事长等职。

Institutional Background and Affiliations
Beijing Beilin Dijing Landscape Architecture Design Institute Co., Ltd. is one of the larger landscape architecture planning and design practices in China. The institute is affiliated with China Urban-Rural Holdings Group under China Communications Construction Group (CCCC), a centrally administered state-owned enterprise. Branch offices operate in Hainan and Guizhou provinces.
History and Core Team
Tracing its origin to the Landscape Architecture Planning and Design Institute of Beijing Forestry University, the practice has built a multidisciplinary planning and design team of more than two hundred professionals covering landscape, planning, ecology, architecture, structural and electrical engineering, and economics. Senior leadership includes Professor-level Senior Engineer Li Lei (Party Secretary and Chair), Xu Bo (Director and Chief Planner), Xu Jianyu (President), Guo Zhumei (Vice President), and Kong Xiankun (Deputy Party Secretary and Vice President). Internal studios include the Hainan Branch, Guizhou Branch, and the Liu Dongyun Studio.
Qualifications and Industry Standing
The institute holds the Class-A qualification for landscape architecture engineering design, among the first batch approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China. It maintains ISO 9001 quality management certification and participates in the Beijing Laboratory of Urban-Rural Ecological Environment (Beijing Municipal Education Commission) and the Landscape Architecture Engineering Technology Research Center of the National Forestry and Grassland Administration. The institute serves as the chair, vice-chair, or standing council member in the Landscape Architecture and Ecological Environment Branch of China Engineering and Consulting Association, Beijing Society of Landscape Architecture, the Planning and Design Branch of Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture, and editorial boards of journals such as Landscape Architecture, Chinese Landscape Architecture, and Beijing Planning Review.
Services and Representative Projects
Services span four main lines of planning, design, research, and EPC (engineering, procurement and construction), covering green-space planning and research, urban-rural green-space system planning, urban landscape design, urban park design, urban waterfront design, urban micro-renewal, traditional garden and historic architecture design, ecological restoration, and landscape-related software development and application. Over more than three decades, the practice has completed over 4,000 landscape planning and design projects nationwide. Representative works include the Beijing Green Space Development Strategy Study, Beijing Plain Afforestation Master Plan, Xiongan New Area Green Space Special Plan, Beijing Olympic Forest Park North (with the ecological bridge), Beijing Cuihu National Urban Wetland Park, Beijing Nanhaizi Country Park, Beijing Three Hills Five Gardens Greenway, Beijing Urban Green Heart Forest Park, Zhengdong New Area CBD landscape in Zhengzhou, Beichuan New County landscape, and Taiyuan Botanical Garden.
Academic Research and Branch Network
Drawing on its academic roots, the institute continues to publish research in landscape architecture and related fields. Publicly available journal articles include studies on the Beichuan New Town water system and stormwater management, the revision of the urban green-space classification standard, the Beijing Plain Afforestation Master Plan, the Wuhan East Lake scenic area vegetation pattern, urban green-space disaster-avoidance functions, and a multi-part series on Beijing urban green-space planning theory and practice. Branch offices in Hainan and Guizhou support ongoing work in national urban and ecological development strategies.
