We utilize RT-PCR technology with a host control gene, ensuring:

No false negatives – the host control gene is detected in every reaction, preventing errors from sample degradation or failed PCR/LAMP reactions
Higher accuracy – RT-PCR significantly reduces false positives compared to RT-LAMP, which uses enzymes with a higher rate of off-target amplification
Enhanced integrity – our RT-PCR detects two separate HLVd targets simultaneously, a level of reliability RT-LAMP cannot provide
