2021 年 6 月 8 日, Keysoft Solutions Ltd. 正式将企业名称变更为 Transoft Solutions (UK) Ltd., 与母公司品牌完全统一. 与此同时, KiSpice 套件下的核心产品 KeySIGN、KeySIGNALS 与 KeyLINES 已同步更名为 TrafxPLAN Sign、TrafxPLAN Signals 与 TrafxPLAN Lines, 整合进入 Transoft 旗下交通安全运营产品线; KiSoCo 套件下的 KeySCAPE 则仍保留原品牌继续在英国与欧洲市场销售, 整体产品研发与客户支持由英国阿尔塞斯特总部接管, 全球支持网络延伸至加拿大温哥华总部与荷兰、瑞典、德国等欧洲办公室.

Company Background & KiSpice/KiSoCo Suite Origins
Keysoft Solutions (Keysoft Solutions Ltd.) is a United Kingdom-based independent BIM (Building Information Modeling) software vendor headquartered in Alcester, Warwickshire, in the English West Midlands. Founded in 1998 by Dr Jeremy Ellis, the company has focused from the outset on two-dimensional and three-dimensional CAD collaborative design tooling for traffic management and landscape design. Its core product lines are divided into two suites — KiSpice (traffic engineering suite) and KiSoCo (landscape design suite) — which together comprise twelve specialized AutoCAD plug-in modules covering traffic management and landscape design workflows.
1998 Founding through 2019 Transoft Acquisition
Following its 1998 founding, Keysoft spent nearly seven years integrating its predecessors Keysoft Traffic (formerly KTS: Key Traffic Systems) and Keysoft Landscape into the unified KiSpice and KiSoCo families, becoming one of the scaled traffic-and-landscape integrated CAD solution providers in the European and North American CAD engineering sector. From 2005 onward Keysoft operated as Transoft Solutions’ long-term UK OEM partner, distributing Transoft’s flagship products such as AutoTURN to the British market. On 22 July 2019, Transoft, headquartered in Vancouver, formally announced completion of its acquisition of Keysoft Solutions Ltd., with Dr Jeremy Ellis and the full UK team joining the Transoft group while preserving Keysoft’s independent brand presence in Britain.

The KiSpice suite includes KeySIGN (road sign design), KeySIGNALS (traffic signal design), KeyLINES (road marking design) and nine other specialized modules serving traffic engineering, road safety audit, street lighting maintenance and highways engineering practitioners. The KiSoCo suite centers on KeySCAPE (landscape design) and bundles 2D/3D tree symbol libraries, paving pattern libraries and automatic cost-estimation modules for landscape architects and master planners. Both suites run on AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D, and are deployed daily by more than one hundred UK local authorities, leading civil engineering consultancies and blue-chip infrastructure design firms.
Product Rebrand & TrafxPLAN Integration within Transoft
On 8 June 2021, Keysoft Solutions Ltd. formally changed its company name to Transoft Solutions (UK) Ltd., unifying its corporate identity with its parent. In parallel, the KiSpice suite’s flagship products — KeySIGN, KeySIGNALS and KeyLINES — were rebranded TrafxPLAN Sign, TrafxPLAN Signals and TrafxPLAN Lines, integrating into Transoft’s safety-and-operations product family. KeySCAPE under the KiSoCo suite continues to be sold under its original brand in the UK and European markets. Engineering, customer support and product roadmap are now coordinated from the Alcester head office alongside Transoft’s global network spanning Vancouver, The Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, India and China.

Keysoft has long maintained ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification and serves as a dual authorized development partner of both Microsoft and Autodesk. Across its twenty-five-year history the company has followed a practitioner-led development model in which its engineers co-design every release alongside practicing traffic engineers, road safety auditors and landscape architects. Through BIM workflows Keysoft has helped traffic and landscape design projects across the United Kingdom and worldwide move from flat 2D drawings toward information-rich, audit-ready and cost-verifiable collaborative models.
