公司的主营业务分为四块。文化遗产保护与更新面向世界文化遗产保护、历史建筑修缮复原、古城保护更新和传统街区活化利用；古建筑营造承接古建筑设计施工、文物建筑修缮复建和仿古建筑营造；风景园林提供园林景观规划设计、城市绿化建设和生态环境修复；城市运营与管养承担城市基础设施管理养护、市政公用工程运营和城市更新项目运营。资质方面，公司持有古建筑工程专业承包一级、建筑装饰装修工程专业承包一级、建筑工程施工总承包二级、市政公用工程施工总承包二级、文物保护工程施工二级、文物保护工程勘察设计乙级和特种工程（结构补强）专业承包等资质。

公司承建的项目中，扬州街南书屋小玲珑山馆保护与更新项目获 2023 年联合国教科文组织亚太地区文化遗产保护杰出奖；扬州市瓜洲泵站工程获 2022 年中国建设工程鲁班奖；南京莫愁湖公园 4A 级景区提升工程获 2020 年园林工程金奖；《扬州大明寺大雄宝殿修缮实录》获中国风景园林学会科技进步奖。在城市更新方面，公司以 EPCO 总承包模式承建扬州明清古城「广陵有盐」历史文化街区项目，该项目是江苏省城市更新试点，2024 年 9 月正式开街。海外业务方面，公司先后承接荷兰奥韦汉德动物园熊猫馆和柏林动物园大熊猫馆的设计与施工。

Yangzhou Yijiangxuan Landscape and Classic Architecture Construction Co., Ltd. (Yijiangxuan) was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Guangling District, Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. It is a state-controlled enterprise whose controlling shareholder is Yangzhou Guangling Guxuan Construction Co., Ltd. In October 2017 the company listed on China’s National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) under stock code 872271, sponsored by Nanjing Securities. In 2022 it was recognised by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology as a specialised, refined, distinctive and innovative small and medium enterprise. Its work covers traditional architecture, landscape architecture, cultural heritage conservation and urban renewal, and spans investment, design, construction, research and management.
Business Lines and Qualifications
The company operates in four areas. Cultural heritage conservation and renewal covers world heritage protection, the restoration of historic buildings, conservation of historic cities and the adaptive reuse of traditional districts. Ancient architecture construction undertakes the design and building of classical structures, the restoration and rebuilding of heritage buildings and the construction of imitation-antique architecture. Landscape architecture provides planning and design, urban greening and ecological restoration. Urban operation and maintenance handles the upkeep of urban infrastructure, municipal public works and urban renewal projects. Its qualifications include Class-1 speciality contracting for ancient architecture, Class-1 speciality contracting for building decoration, Class-2 general contracting for building construction, Class-2 general contracting for municipal public works, Class-2 cultural heritage construction, Class-B cultural heritage survey and design, and a speciality contract for structural strengthening.
Technical Team and Training
The company employs more than 80 technical staff, among them 10 senior technical specialists and 12 Class-1 constructors, and all managerial staff hold professional certificates. It also keeps more than 300 mid- and senior-level skilled workers, seven of whom have been named Chinese Master of Ancient Architecture. A dedicated design and research institute supports its project work, and since 2017 the company has run a training programme with Yangzhou Polytechnic Institute that passes on traditional building skills through master-apprentice teaching. It is certified to the ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environmental and OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management systems, and took part in drafting JGJ/T463-2019, the national trade standard for the vocational skills of ancient architecture workers.
Landmark Projects and Awards
Among the company’s completed projects, the conservation and renewal of the Xiaolinglong Shanguan at Jienan Shuwu in Yangzhou received the 2023 UNESCO Asia-Pacific Award for Cultural Heritage Conservation. The Guazhou Pumping Station in Yangzhou won the 2022 China Construction Luban Prize, and the upgrade of Nanjing Mochou Lake Park into a 4A-level scenic area took a landscape engineering gold award in 2020. Its restoration record of the Mahavira Hall at Daming Temple in Yangzhou won a science and technology progress award from the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture. In urban renewal, the company delivered the Guangling Youyan historic district in Yangzhou’s Ming and Qing old city under an EPCO contract; the scheme is an urban renewal pilot in Jiangsu Province and opened in September 2024. Overseas, the firm designed and built the panda enclosures at Ouwehands Zoo in the Netherlands and at Berlin Zoo in Germany.
Recognition and Corporate Culture
The company has been named a National Advanced Construction Enterprise, one of China’s top ten ancient architecture construction firms, one of the top 50 urban landscaping enterprises and a best enterprise of the Jiangsu construction sector, and has received more than 60 national, provincial and municipal quality project awards. In 2021 it signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Yangzhou Guangling Cultural Tourism Group and began work towards a transfer to a higher listing tier, and in recent years it has opened a branch in Henan and taken on rural improvement projects such as the upgrading of Butou Village in Jiande, Zhejiang. The classical architecture specialist Luo Zhewen described the firm as a rising name in Chinese ancient architecture and a rare bloom of Jianghuai craftsmanship.
