广州华苑园林股份有限公司创立于 1995 年，2015 年正式更名为股份有限公司，现已发展为集园林景观设计、工程施工、绿化养护、苗木生产与销售、园林供应链与养护管理于一体的综合性大型企业。公司主营业务按板块划分为工程施工、景观设计、创林苗木、创易供应链、创润管理与创景养护六个方向，业务覆盖住宅、商业综合体、酒店、新兴产业、市政生态等领域，在华南、华东、华中、西南及京津等地落地多个标杆项目。
资质荣誉与认证体系

区域布局与组织架构
公司在广州、海南、深圳、四川、陕渝、沪浙、苏皖、华中、京津九大区域设立运营中心，并设有景观设计院、工程技术研究院和四家全资子公司，分别为广州创易物资、广州创润工程管理咨询、广州创景绿化养护服务（2022 年成立）与广东创林苗木。景观设计院下设方案所、园建所、绿化所、设备所、总工室五个专业所室，常年配备工程技术、创新研发及管理人员 700 余人。
研发体系与苗木基地
公司工程技术研究院专门从事园林绿化相关的新技术、新工艺、新设备、新材料及植物新品种的研发与生态修复治理，配备百余位专业研发人员与综合实验室。研究院已通过广东省风景园林设计与营建工程技术研究中心、广州市企业研发机构、越秀区园林绿化工程技术研究开发中心的验收，并自 2023 年起开展城市树木专章业务。子公司广东创林苗木在广东恩平运营 4620 亩综合苗木基地，向公司各项目持续供应绿化苗木与花卉品种。

Company History and Business Segments
Founded in 1995 and renamed to a joint-stock company in 2015, Guangzhou Huayuan Landscape Co., Ltd. has grown into a large integrated landscape enterprise spanning landscape design, project construction, maintenance, nursery production and sales, landscape supply chain and greening management. Its six business segments — engineering construction, landscape design, Chuanglin nursery, Chuangyi supply chain, Chuangrun management consulting and Chuangjing greening maintenance — serve residential, commercial complex, hotel, emerging industry and municipal ecological projects across southern, eastern, central, southwestern China and the Beijing-Tianjin region.
Qualifications and Certifications
The company holds four core qualifications: Class-A urban landscaping construction, Class-B specialized landscape design, Class-B environmental engineering contracting and Class-B municipal public works contracting. It has also been certified under ISO 9001 quality management, ISO occupational health and safety management, ISO environmental management and intellectual property management systems. Recognitions include Top 50 National Urban Landscaping Enterprises, Top 20 Guangdong Excellent Landscape Enterprises, Guangdong Industry Integrity Grade AAAAA, High and New Technology Enterprise, Guangdong Contract-Abiding and Credit-Worthy Enterprise, and two awards from the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture in 2024.
Regional Network and Subsidiary Structure
The company operates nine regional centers covering Guangzhou, Hainan, Shenzhen, Sichuan, Shaanxi-Chongqing, Shanghai-Zhejiang, Jiangsu-Anhui, central China and the Beijing-Tianjin area, alongside an in-house landscape design institute, an engineering technology research institute and four wholly-owned subsidiaries — Guangzhou Chuangyi Materials, Guangzhou Chuangrun Engineering Management Consulting, Guangzhou Chuangjing Greening Maintenance Services (established in 2022) and Guangdong Chuanglin Nursery. The design institute is organized into scheme, garden construction, greening, equipment and chief engineer offices, supported by more than 700 engineering, R&D and management staff.
R&D Capabilities and Nursery Base
The Engineering Technology Research Institute focuses on R&D and ecological restoration across new technologies, processes, equipment, materials and plant varieties, with more than one hundred dedicated researchers and a comprehensive laboratory. It has been accredited by the Guangdong Landscape Design and Construction Engineering Technology Research Center, the Guangzhou Enterprise R&D Institution and the Yuexiu District Landscape Greening Engineering Technology R&D Center, and has offered urban tree-protection consulting services since 2023. Through subsidiary Guangdong Chuanglin Nursery, the company operates a 4,620-mu integrated nursery base in Enping, Guangdong, supplying greening seedlings and flower varieties to its projects.
Strategic Partnerships and Recent Highlights
Huayuan maintains long-term and strategic partnerships with leading state-owned and foreign-invested developers and emerging-industry enterprises including China Resources Land, China Overseas Land, Poly Real Estate, Vanke, China Merchants Shekou, Yuexiu Property and Yanlord Land, and has repeatedly received annual Excellent Supplier and Outstanding Quality awards from major clients. In 2024 the company appeared at the China Landscape Architecture Industry Expo and released proprietary fertilizer products; in early 2025 it hosted its 29th-anniversary ceremony and annual recognition event, while continuing to deliver residential show-area and commercial-complex landscape projects across all regional markets.
