Soontiëns is a long-established family business that began as a nursery in 1959 and officially grew into a full garden centre in 1970. Over more than six decades, the company has continued to evolve, with ecology and sustainability becoming ever more central to its identity. From this vision, Soontiëns developed several specialised divisions alongside the garden centre, each with its own expertise and responsibility.

Soontiëns operates four specialist divisions: Soontiëns Hoveniers (landscape design and construction), Soontiëns Boomverzorging (professional tree care), Soontiëns Stadsnatuur (urban nature projects) and Soontiëns Ecology (organic plant cultivation). Working in close coordination with the garden centre, these divisions provide one-stop green solutions for customers — from design through to ongoing maintenance.
